Tonight my son is fixing his "famous" pasta dish - mushrooms, parm cheese, olive oil, onions, tomatoes etc. Vegeterian but then there is the salad and garlic bread. This is the one time a year he fixes this for MOM & I eat my fill and dont care! I think it is having the whole family at one table that really makes it good. He will usually have an oreo pie for desert but I have 2 1/2 jars of flavored Milk Kefir in his fridge. I think I will break them out and drink away instead! NO Guilt trip today!

I agree that today is all about family and fun and not worrying about food. We had a really fun day! It was over 80 degrees here today! Bobby got me 3 dresses and Mom got me an outfit, so I am all good if I get a job, LOL

OMG 207, I have got to rope it in, so here I am all ready to do this eat clean diet and now I am questioning, should I just do Low carb? OMG I hate this, I am already pissy cause I am debating giving up the liquid splenda in my coffee, OMG what to do what to do!! Maybe a little low carb and see what happens!!!

Yes I decided that half and half and splenda was worth it, LOL So I am going to do LC, and I mean low carb and if I pass out at the gym good, I need it, LOL
I made this soup for the eat clean diet, it is leeks, onions and garlic in water all low carb and man does that get the pipes cleaned out, so I am going to eat that for lunches the next few days with a good old avocado, so now must readjust the plan, LOL

It was almost 80 here too but my 96-year old gran was cold on the deck and had to wear her sweater all afternoon! She said "Look at all you with the bare arms hanging out. You must be freezing to death." LOL!

Why are you thinking of giving up liquid splenda? I love my coffee with half and half and splenda (well usually I use davincis or something like that). I have tried skim milk, etc and bleah!! I know it is a lot of calories...but on low carb it doesn't matter as much..
Anyway... EAT CLEAN!! You can do it!

Meg- I am doing LC I thought maybe the artificial sweetener was messing with me, but I decided I cant give up bread and splenda so I am still drinking the splenda, LOL I will do anything for my beloved coffee, I think I hate green tea so much cause it is so weak compared to coffee, LOL

OK did my resume posting now going to the gym I have a good almost 2 hours til I get Bobby so going to work up some sweat and lift some heavy weights, LOL
