WOO HOO on the 11 lbs going away.
 Those poppers look so good. My cousin made some like that for the 4th of July picnic and they were so good!!! I'm going to have to make some soon. |

I am becoming Angela, I am taking pictures!!!!!
OMG this salad tonight is leaving me breathless!!!! OMG it was so good!!!!!! I marinated the salmon in OJ, ginger, and garlic, and some orange zest, then I grilled it, then I amde a spinach salad with red onion, celery radish, toasted hazelnuts that have been in the freezer forever, goat cheese and half the segments from an orange, I made a dressing of OJ and olive oil and ACV, OMG it was so good, the hot salmon over the goat cheese, I could swim in a tub of goat cheese!!! LOL I had to take a picture!!!

I am queen of boring food,so two days in a row of exciting food was worth taking a pic! LOL
DO you know what today is? 6 months smoke free, I never thought I would be typing those words!!! I am so glad I am keeping that in the past. Today it is suppose to be near 100 so I am going to have a girls day with my aunt and cousin at the pool, I am losing my tan from being home, so need to work on that, I also go to pick up the tickets for St. Kitts I am excited about that! |

Have not showed the belly for some time, it was pretty bloated after vacation, I am having a pool day today so I took a pic, these bottoms I got at Old Navy for $3.50 that is crazy! I got this bikini top in Myrtle Beach I loved it, I would have gotten it in every color but all they had was black. I think the boot camp workouts are helping firm up stuff even if I am still a fat cow, ughgh that darn scale!

OMG it was sooooooooo hot today the pool felt great I had to laugh my cousin told me I was too hairy so she shaved my arms, OMG now I know I am going to have stubble I dont know why I let her do this stuff to me, LOK She said I will thank her tomorrow when I am down 12 pounds of hair, LOL My aunt had the hugest zucchini ever, I had to have it, I might be almost 44 years old but I am still immature when it comes to large phallic symbols, LOL I probably cant post it here, but I am on Facebook, LOL |
