Gosh Amber, I can barely keep up with your journal but I'm so sorry for the loss of your friend. That is just way too young to die.

Vacation sounds great! So funny that you are going to the islands and we are going to PA! We leave for Hershey July 9. DD loves it there and we couldn't do our usual end of August trip because DH couldn't get those days off.

St Kitts is very pretty -in fact all of the islands there have their own charm. Have you looked into a week long cruise? Bobby would love it and there are some great last minute bargains.

I'm sure you will do just fine with the studies, but not sure I would want to have to crack text books again However the potential for advancement is great, so worth it at your age.

I, too, weigh several pounds less than you at 175 and cannot begin to get into 10's. I would have to be close to 150 to wear 10's again. The scale is really not a great indicator of how healthy you are.

I'm off for more surgery on my elbow in a couple of hours. Hopefully it will all stay together this time. My mother used to say "third time is the charm" so hope that is the case this time!!

Laura- Bobby loves Hershey Park, he goes a few times over the summer we get him a pass, I hate amusement parks!!! I used to love them but wiht my bad ears the spinning make me want to hurl!!!!

Cee- the CPA exam you will be fine!

Sea breeze- praying the arm surgery goes well, I mentioned a cruise and Mom was not into it, I could not convince her.

Fate must have been on our side, since the price to St. Kitts dropped over $300 so we are now all confirmed for St Kitts 7/29-8/5 I am very excited since it is an island I have never been to, it gets really good reviews and they say the natives are very warm and friendly.

So me and Tony picked a resort in Mexico so he still has never gotten a passport, so he goes yesterday well the state issued BC, now as of 4/1/11 has to contain the names of your birth parents. I just had ot renew Bobby's and his BC is the state issued one without, apparently it is for new applications and due to Obama's crap wit his BC, go figure so now I am afraid to book until I know we have everything he needs, so might be a last minute thing, and we found this resort we loved and I was in the process of booking and thought no I am going to wait.

So off to study and then I am visiting my aunt and bringing Nanner back for a few days.

I spoke with my old boss in CA yesterday for over 2 hours, I loved him, he was like a Dad to me, it was so nice to catch up with him, I found him on linked in that made my day! 16 years since I moved from San Diego I miss it!

St kitts sounds lovely! One of my friends from canada is from there, and my grandparents went numerous times and adored it (and they are FUSSY travelers so thats saying a LOT).

Had a busy day got to together with friends we had not seen for some time, I had them on the pedestal of marriage and she tells me she wants a divorce! OMG I am praying for them, they are the one couple I thought would last forever, 20 years so far, ughghg I hate hearing that!!!

Michelob Dragonfruit Peach OMG OMG 95 calories, 5 carbs so delicious!!!!!THis is the perfect summer drink, and I told Tony we must find this for vacation, here is a review!!!

"Got this in the Michelob Ultra variety pack. I have to say the concept of the fruit flavored Michelob Ultras does somewhat intrigue me. I knew that I was pretty much getting a product not intended for real beer drinkers, but the combinations of fruit used in these beers sounded interesting to me and I wanted to see if they could be somewhat successfully incorporated into a beer.

This brew pours a bright yellow color with a little more than a fingers worth of foam which lasts for a little under a minute. I am not too familiar with dragon fruit, so I don't really know if I detected any of it in the taste or smell, but to me the smell was pure peach, and an extremely sweet peach smell at that. The mouthfeel was the typical Mich Ultra mouthfeel, that being thin, ultra-fizzy, and very reminiscent of seltzer. The flavor was dominated by the peach flavor and had almost no real beer flavor to it, but the flavor was not as strong as the aroma would lead you to believe. There was a minute amount of dryness in the finish. The aftertaste had a light continuation of the peach flavors and was overall clean, and the beer has no alcoholic warmth.

It is hard to consider this a beer, as it really does taste like seltzer water with peach flavoring. And yes, the box really does say "contains alcohol." If this was a blind taste test I would have never guessed this was a beer."

So off to my aunts pool today bringing Nanny back with me, so she will be here for some time! Weight is suddenly going down dont know why but I will take it!!!!

205.8 thank God feels good ot be at my normal place I was seeing 212 and freaking the heck out, like WTH??????? I seriously think the humidity is doing something, to make water hang on, now it cooled and all of a sudden the weight has been going down, I am getting even more strict with these trips coming, and the workouts, thnking about being in a bathing suit for 3 weeks makes you want to shut the trap!

So Nan is here, I have to study and she wants to talk, LOL Tony did something to his back of course, so now he is whining and moaning, I am like OMG one more thing, so I see me doing all that driving to Myrtle Beach I hate driving. So hopefully he can get in to the chiropractor or something today and see if it feels better.

I survived the guest teacher at MMA bag class so I am going back today since it is the regular guy that is murder as well but nice, LOL I am seriouslky debating if I can keep this up, it is sort of doing me in. Tony did something to his back he can hardly walk, went to the chiro and felt worse last night, so I am like oh great with a 12 hour car ride coming, I guess I will be the one driving which will tick me off, I hate driving like that. today me and Nan go to the casino I hope I am lucky again, the scale is being nice so I told her we will eat here, no burgers there, cause then I shove in fries too< LOL

So Tony and I booked our trip to Mexico, he says it will work out, I said I sure as heck hope so or else I better look for another Anthony to go with me, LOL SO I am keeping my fingers crossed for the passport to come through.
