I was being all Mrs. Howell today enjoying the sun and the drinks. But I also walked my ass off to and from the train so I figured the drinkypoo calories were no big deal.

Ughg girls I am so sad, this guy in our rock club who is so nice, same age as me 43, we graduated HS and College the same year, fell over dead, he had a seizure while mowing the lawn he was in a coma and died, Gosh I am just so upset, life is so freaking short, we are trying to think of what to do for his family, he had a good job so I am sure there is insurance but he was a big part of our club, I wanted the club to do something special, I need ideas, he has 2 kids, he just had his 20th wedding anniversary, he was the nicest guy, I am just in shock!!!!

Other than that, I have my niece's B-day today it is a lovely day the giant water slide so that should be fun, and I get to see the puppy the little yellow lab he is probably getting big!!!!

Yeah that trash can was freaking disgusting, LOL I am like so careful now what I put in and I have those bags tied up like crazy!

Did you see the guy who walked across Niagara Falls last night? Freaking A, who the hell gets that in their head? But I was riveted, LOL

I think opening a bank account for the family is always a good idea; people can donate to the kids' college fund or whatever.

Yes it was a shock!

Niece's party was fun a beautiful day the kids had a blast in this water slide thing, the water was freezing but they were in it all day! Food was terrible too much salt and too much of all of it, and now Indian Buffet for Father's Day, and then Monday it is time to really get strict, we leave for Myrtle Beach on 7/1 then 7/28 we leave for DOminican Republic with Mom and my son, then me and Tony are having a romantic trip to Mexcio on 8/15 that is a lot of travels and a lot of destinations for bathing suits, so I better keep doing the MMA workouts like a freaking nut and watch the carbs when I can. I am totally excited about the travels, that is the thing you work you never have time, now knowing I have a job Tony really wants us to go away as like an early anniversary present, and my Mom got a huge bonus so she wants to take me and Bobby away, so who am I to say No, LOL Rough summer!!!!!!

Kitty I saw that, it was tempting!!! Especially being gone over July 4th, LOL

I ordered a bright yellow one, I love yellow I thought that would be neat for the islands, I think they run pretty good, I had gotten a DD and now ordered a D my boobs have no oomph in there, I ordered size 12 bottoms that fit well. Their dresses are small though, I ordered a cover up and its like a sausage casing!

OMG these trips I am stressing myself out trying to figure out where to go, I read too many reviews and then make myself crazy!

Weight came down a little, probably would have been more if not for the party and Indian food yesterday, LOL OMG it was so good, a buffet they have on Sundays we have never been $10 a person, there was this eggplant and olive stuff it was so spicy but so yummy!!! I didnt eat all day until I had an apple and some almond butter around 9 all I could taste was curry!

So all alone now the kids are gone it is really quiet I need to tear into some house projects organizing stuff before I get my books to study, so that is the plan this week. Have my bootcamp workout at 10. Hoping my knee feels better it is not my knee really it is the tendon down the outside of my knee down my shin finally took some alevel last night and that helped, no box jumping today, I have to baby this a bit and see if it gets better or I am not going to be able to do this, I cant mess my legs up and have a bigger problem

You might want to look up some stretches for your iliotibial. That might help with the pain you describe! Hope it feels better soon!

Yep that sounds like that is what it is, aggravated by squats and there are a ton of them, and says to avoid martial arts, well I am going to be careful with it and if it doesn't get better it says you can get a cortizone shot. Like yesterday I was walking and all of a sudden pain shoots in and its like I can hardly take a step then it passes, but there is always a dull ache, the guy is like it will get better, well when????

I am very sorry to hear about your friend. So young! You are so right. Life is short, so live it to the fullest!
Sounds like you have some great plans for the summer! I am jealous! I am taking vacation 4th of july week. We will have guests pretty much the whole time! Plus the 4th is our anniversary. 14 years!
