You're sitting at nearly 60lbs lost already. Regardless if you lost alot more between now and that wedding you are STILL going to look amazing! I can't wait to see what kind of dresses you pick out, and of course you'll give us pictures. Right?????

9-9: 252.2 REALLY ! PRAISE GOD! And my water weight is up to 40.3% (wet hair?)
6-10: 253.8 Well, ok....
6-11: 253.2 (bouncing between .0-.4) Every pound gained is water weight!
6-12: 253.4 Every pound gained is water weight!
6-13: 254.8 Every pound gained is water weight!
6-14: 251.6 YES!
6-15: 252.2 Oh the drama of it all! Oh, and TOM is back
6-16: 250.6 Almost to the 240's TOM? really light, weird.

All right, I'm back!

I've been in this kind of "I don't really have to work so hard to lose weight" thing not tracking and not coming here because I know I'd get spanked for it.

Big surprise, I've not lost much weight at all. . On the bright side I did lose some. And with my period in there just stopping the other day.... Well, I'm just glad I have not gained.

I'm down to 226.6 today. I wish that I could be happier about my "losing exactly 50 pounds since I started on April 18th" thing. But I'm too busy feeling a tad guilty about it all.

Admission: I had one off meal in the last two weeks. Not horrid, I know. But I did it for the wrong reasons. I was feeling a bit down and in the "I don't really care enough" place".


OK, PITY PARTY IS OFFICIALLY OVER!

Today I am back to super anal retentive uptight low carb high fat sweating my butt off on my eliptical for an hour a day and logging every thing I eat online unstoppable weight loss machine self! Wow, can I do a run on sentence or what?

I'm still pretty busy, with life in general. Trying to get the brewery up and running and trying to make house livable. I'm trying to get every room in the house cleaned out and donating like crazy.

Weird, as I'm changing my body, suddenly I'm wanting to clean like crazy. It's like as my body gets healthier I want my house to be more functional. Heck, I just want my life to be more functional!

I want to apologize to all my lcfs for going MIA for so long. You all rock and I think that I did not lose much weight because I did not have you guys.

JC life happens... we all take time to just crawl in a corner sometime...I do! There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT!!! The important thing is you get out of the corner & start living again!

You have no reason to feel guilty.... remember this is a journey & it is a guilt free one! We learn from the choices we make...good choices make us feel well & not so good choices allow us time to learn & benefit in a different way. There is NEVER a time to feel guilty... you are a beautiful adult lady, mom & wifey. Who puts you on a guilt trip but yourself & you need to be kinder to YOU!

Children learn from their good & poor choices & adults do too. Children dont feel guilty for poor choices unless we make them feel that way & we shouldnt do that to them or ourself. Would you put your kids on a guilt trip (especially for spreading poop on the walls) or do you want them to learn not to do it again?

Glad you are back! & happy you are still kicking tushy on the weight !!!

Thinking this isnt the WOE meant for me I'm feeling very discouraged.. cant even stick to induction for 2 weeks! I just get tired of eating the same foods and honestly am not a big meat eater soooo.. maybe something like ww is more my style? more forgiving?? I'm just so disgusted, I can hardly stand myself these days

Hey hun, 50 pounds is nothing to sneeze at, you will keep going, your desire to get the house in order is cause you are getting yourself in order, control leads to more control in other areas, like I think that is why I could quit smoking, I lost the weight and that gave me the confidence to do it.
