I'm one of those that rarely " allowed" pic.s especially then....if I come across one that snuck through, will post before/after

Making crockpot pizza for the pull picnic. Boys are loaded and gone. Getting shower and heading out soon myself. Should be a great time, though a real baker! 90's again today!

I'm with you on not having too hot of weather. We both enjoy pacific northwest weather.

The crock pot pizza (recipe from: your lighter side) was a hit.

The boys took a couple second places and hubby got 2 thirds.

Ate well there. Worst thing....2 cream cheese filled strawberries ( she used philadelphia cheese cake filling? Not sure carbs on it) and deviled eggs that tasted suspiciously sweet.

Had a great compliment about my weight loss and conv. about LC versus WLS. Hoping she tries it.

Had a nice breeze since it was high on top of a hill.

Came home and hit the pool. 73 degrees....that did the trick! Cooled me off perfectly! Hoping to get in tomorrow after work.

The weekend went too fast!

That is so cool that you may have save somebody from WLS by showing off your LC success! I thought about surgery (not that I could have afforded it at that time). But seeing how LC works so well, and WLS does not give a permanent solution, well, I'm glad I could not afford it

Kitty wow it was super hot, aunts pool water was 84 already and it has not been open too long, the water felt great, we all had fun!! The new toy was inter tubes with squirt guns attached the kids had a blast!

That was a big part of the conversation. Her sis had WLS and still struggles

Back to work and weight is up, so suspecting sugared!

I will recover though!
