That's why I switched to Better n Peanut Butter. I know it's not to everyone's taste but I like it. I put a tb in a bowl and mash up some fruit into it. That's some low-cal Points Plus yumminess!

Mmmmmmmmm. Wine and chocolate........ Stop that! Those are so my emotional go to's in eating my feelings. That or wine and pepper jack. At least I can still eat my pepper jack.

And of course your not fat. We're just skinny challenged

Kitty it WAS 85 here yesterday! Bobby is getting the puberty talk today, I went yesterday to hear the talk in advance you know only 8 parents showed up for over 200 boys getting the talk, sad I thought.

I'm doing the Leptin Reset prescription. Jack Kruse recommends 50g. Of protein for breakfast within the first 30 min.s of waking. He nicknames this the big "arse" breakfast...BAB.....edited for LCFs standards

Good morning! Made it through the evening without snacking! One down!

156.6 this morning.

It's Friday! Car show tomorrow. If we get there, it will be the first we entered her.

Why afraid? The heat? I put herbs in a planter on the porch last couple years.

Doing well so far. Just got dropped off to eat my dinner. Took the stang for a test run...she ran out of gas! Ugh! The gas gauge doesn't work....why DS got me temp., oil, gauges to add on. Got her running (ds to rescue!) and DS had DH bring it to friends garage to figure out why it is missing...hopefully....delaying her pre show bath.....

Love BAB!

Breakfast: 2 hamburger patties with American cheese. Sf relish and sf ketchup. Coffee with spends davincis caramel and co.

Lunch: chicken strips, spinach, ranch dressing

Dinner: 2 tilapia portions, faux tarter sauce. Coffee as above.

No snacking!

My basil that I planted a few weeks ago in planters on my deck are doing horrible! I'm actually going to dig them up and exchange them. I put my basil in the same planters in the same places with new high quality black gold potting soil. They should be doing great. Grrrr!

Faux tartar sauce????? Do tell!

Kitty you should totally post a pic of your car! I'm sure I'm not the only one who is dying to see it!

LOL on the tarter....learned years ago i can fake it....ran out and we were having fish...so did this.....mayo and relish. That's it! I use sf relish. Very low carb...so no worries!

By the way, love having you join my trip!

What's your story...if you don't mind sharing?

I used to work at the famous "Dicks Drive In" in Seattle. There "fry sauce" was just "tarter". Their complex recipe was: mayo and sweet relish, by the buckets! And people just raved about it! LOL

Long weird name, lol, I know! I totally love people commenting on my journal. I would love love love for you to come on over! I'm a stay at home mom so social interaction is kind of hard to come by sometimes

156 both days now. Ate well yesterday again.

Usual BAB
2 hot dogs with sauerkraut and mustard at car show. Bunless of course.
A burger patty with cheese for dinner. Kids were here roasting hot dogs over fire....didn't want more. LOL

Had a great time at show. Will upload pic.s later on today. DH wants me outside.....beautiful day! Upper 80s predicted.
