Didn't get weighed early as I normally do. Had little guy here early. Fuzzy math says considering a big cup of BPC, water, etc. I may have lost a half pound. May incorporate this on purpose a couple days a week to see if it helps.

Been checking out the yeast overgrowth thread. I've noticed an itchy rash. I'm seeing talk of yeast die off causing rashes and othe symptoms. Hoping it is gone soon. Feel like I've been bit by bugs! Yuck! The weather has been rainy, so not outside feeding the no seeumms. If it doesn't clear up, will contact doc. May need to use the refill of script Taking the probiotic still. Low Carbing should also be starving the yeasties. Any other tips would be welcome!

Hey girl, I'll paste a link for home remedies that I've used before (garlic clove in the vajayjay - not for the squeamish) also the tea tree oil and oil of oregano/coconut oil on a tampon.https://www.msu.edu/~eisthen/yeast/diy.html

A mix of lavender oil/melaleuca or tea tree oil and lemon oil mix equal drops and rub on, those are 3 of the best anti fungal oils, Robert has a patch on his pace that comes in the summer it actually looks white, I start rubbing him with that mixture and it fades it looks on him like someone put sunblock on his face in streaks, really weird and seasonal for the last few years now.

Glad to see you back here though!

Thanks, Amber. Will need to try that. Seems much better, but the hive type bumps come and go. Been rubbing an anti final cream on them when they pop up. Seems to help. Doing CO, cinnamon, garlic, ACV....hoping I'm in the last phases. Will have to watch this I guess.

Have had issues on arms above the wrist to halfway to the elbow on the top part with itching, etc. for months fall and most of winter. Looking back, this was surely the yeast over growth. It was about the time I had the antibiotics to kick the chest crap I had. I rubbed CO on it daily. That helped some. Now seems to be head/scalp, neck and face around scalp area. Read up on this yeast thing. Can be die off....hoping!

It is supposed to be beautiful here today. Crossing my fingers! It was too cold and wet to plant a veggie garden here this year, but I think I might investigate doing some pots. I always do a few pots of herbs, but I never tires tomatoes and peppers that way!
Have a great weekend Kitty!
