Day 3 on plan

Ex BIL's home was lost in a fire. Nephew and niece still lived there with him. They lost everything except what they were wearing. Luckily, they were at church and not hurt.

a bad time of year to deal with this. Finally set up in a hotel until temp housing is in place.

Snow/ice coming for morning....I hate winter!

My steelers...

.....it hurts to even remember that game! Didn't even recognize that team playing! WT?

Back to work...where did the vacation go?

Dont get me started about football, Eagles blow I stayed up all night watching that game, ughghgh!

So sorry about your ex BIL's family! Not that there is ever a good time for these things to happen but it always seems so much worse when it's the holidays because people can't be in their own home with their family.

Woohoo! You can drink more water or I used chorophyll tablets in the past also...

Congrats on being back in Ketosis and having ketosis breath!!!

Haha! Going to hit the water more! Got lax with that. Was doing great all summer...it's the RR issue again.....not free to go when needed now....even had pain again from this...probably an infection

ok now....garlic cure! Worked!
