Up, but I don't want to be. Had tmi issues that woke me up around 1 last night. Half an hour later back to sleep. Hoping it is out of my system. Did a dumb one Fri. And thinking it was the cause. Had issues Sat. And Sun. Morning too. Took one of my higher dose thyroid pills thinking it wouldn't hurt mixing one in every so often......guess it did! Ditching that idea!

Now, to make it hrough Monday....tummy feels ok so far...hoping it is over.

Lesson learned!

2/4 came over. Loved seeing DGS. DD got me a pic. She framed of him from when he was a baby DS was here all day and did most of the work for me on the car. Said that was his gift I have always told them they can do that sort of thing for me since there is always something I want/need done here.

Feeling better so far.

Getting back to a LR way of eating. Want to also do a round of egging. Thinking o mixing the 2. BAB of burgers followed by eggs the rest of the day......may work.

Got 6 pounds of burger, fried it in patties and now freezing. Breakfast is ready for quite a while! Nuke and eat!

Bought a half pig from nephew tonight. Will have lots of pork in freezer in a couple weeks! Great knowing where it is from! Sausage without filler...bacon....sugar free! Mmmmmm!

DH and DS worked more on car tonight getting new gauges hooked up.

Hoping my pool supplies are in tomorrow...want it opened!

Tired, so heading to bed soon. Night!

I am so bad...I can not face food first thing. I usually don't eat until at least 10, and then usually I can only manage a shake...

I used to be the same way about breakfast. Kruse really changed my mind. I make myself do it. It gets easier.

I am sure you saw it, you have to read Jillians book Master your Metabolism I read a lot of books and I have to say she does a really good job breaking down eacch hormone and its effects on weight and so on, leptin of course being one of them, she had issues too that needed treated by a endo, she is not one that can keep her weight off easily. I think you would like the book!

Good for you making up the burgers. Wish I could make myself do that. I just can't do it most mornings.

I'm back on JUDDD from Induction. Induction did only about 8lbs and now I'm in the stall from hell. At least I'm not bouncing up to 236 anymore. It seems to be bouncing between 227 and 230. So there is improvement. But danggit! Grrrr! I want it to move. I've been a good girl.

Eat a burger for me, ok? and See ya in the funny papers!

Oh, it is the devil! Take a sf choc. bar...mini of course or tmi....dip that.....OMG! Almost PBCup good......

Have to do like before. If I want a snack like food, I have to have it with my planned meal. Not on own. That worked earlier in year.

Glad I'm not the only one who's tummy does not like food first thing in the morning. I just put enough whole cream in my coffee and call it breakfast. 6 tbls has 260 calories and 2.4 carbs.

DAmn scale and a bad day that is not good, but the day can only get better, I hope it does, this crap weather doesnt help either. We had a brilliant electrical storm last night, holy crap I have never seen lightening like that, I had to turn the AC on for a bit it was so stuffy in here before the storm
