Kitty I am doing my cortisol pee test, then I go tomorrow to have the blood work done then the endo next week I am so excited to see what turns up, I want a fat burning fat loss pill just tweak something to make me lose weight good grief!

If you're off, that could be affecting things. Hope they come up with something to help! I didn't have the pee test, blood tests only....lots of them! Like a visit o vampire! Even doc said that! Not as many next time since we know many things are ok. Only the if areas.

wow what a cool down here in temps, things really cooled off that is for sure. Looks miserable though but my fired grass will be glad for the rain, we have not mowed in almost a month. Yes I really hope she can say OK this is the problem, I cant cut much more food out,and I exercise like a nut it shouldnt be so darn hard to lose some weight, it is so frustrating!

I agree with IDK about ice baths! Like I said, slow usage here! Brrrrr

155.6 so slowly getting back
DH back at work. DS did well pulling his pickup Fri. No win, but went 230.9 (300 is a full pull to those that aren't into pulling) the classes were messed up, they put stock in with built up, straight fuel burners with nitro...not fair. Stevie was amazing! Rod still can perform too! Went to Amish country to shop yesterday. Visited my Grandpa/Grandma/aunt/uncle's graves up that way. Had. Good cry. Very cathartic. Feeling a bit better. Going in a bit to the dentist to get permanent put on....yay! This temp is becoming a pain. Leave Fri., so need to pack. Wanting to pack light...usually take too much! |

The show was awesome! Started tearing up during several of her songs. Love, love, love her! Put several pics and vids on fb. Would have been cool to have my LCF Stevie fans there! She's done LC to lose weight. Wonder if she still is??? Got my hair touched up and a big 5 cut off. It grows fast, so I'm not sporting a very short do....shoulder length. I think it fried last time....they just did the roots. Got a deep conditioning treatment too. Plan to use CO to do that here. Got stash waxed too! LOL Got DGS today. Last time before beach vacation! Leaving tomorrow evening. Taking the pad and have wifi in condo, so should be able to post from time to time and keep up with things. 153 this morning Pre poopy. Happy that I can start my trip at a low weight. Plan to make many meals at condo, and several on there own plans, so won't be that many temptations. 2 WLS and a no iodine plan. Will eat out a couple times...not planning to be LC the whole time, but plan to stick with it the majority. Now, what to pack? LOL |
