Everyplace was packed, we stay in North Myrtle Beach. THe day of the zipline we walked the whole way over to Margaritaville and it was so packed we would have had to wait over 90 minutes and it was 1:00 that place is nuts so we went to the Key West Bar and Grill. Went to Benjamins Calabash Seafood buffet that was really good every kind of seafood, Jimmie Z is a habachi place but you order at the counter, it is basically rice, protein and veggie but he has a low carb one where he does all veggie that was the cheap night, and it was delicious! I had the scallops and veggies, yummy. We went to Rioz the Brazilian Steakhouse that was really good but expensive. Went to some Chinese Buffet but not very good. Mr. Fish, loved that place, looks like nothing but man the seafood was so good there, he owns the fish market next door, really good food. We tend to stay up there, you have to go early to dinner unless you want to wait forever that is for sure, but even over July 4th it was not as crowded as I thought, lots of hotels had vacancy signs.

We stay in North Myrtle too. Yep, remember waiting to get in Margaritaville. Great food though. We shopped while waiting for our table! LOL Want to hit Calabash again. Had a great time there. Did you golf any? I know you golf. I hear they have great courses. We did mini putt putt...LOL

So still at 154.4 today...

Got DGS again today.

Tony and I love golfing there, but with the kids we couldnt leave them alone for 4 hours or more so we couldn't golf, but the mini golf is fun down there, we had a blast at those courses with the kids!!!!

Dropping that gain...slowly.

Happier in this weight range...the belly pudge is less.

At higher weights, it fills up and is more prominent.

Going to creep to the store since I need supplies. Can't wait to get it fixed!

I am always on edge on Friday the 13th, my luck can be so bad as is!!! I was up a little today too, darn it I am not letting it derail me though I know I am being good! Have a good day, my son decided he loves Sea Scallops, so I am off to get him some and hope I can cook them like Gordon Ramsay! LOL

Missed both of you! Hoping you had a great vacation!

The tummy thing coming and oing. Slight headache from time to time, heart palps from time to time too. Mood...meh.......wondering if it is thyroid off again? Doc visit tomorrow. I bet he'll adjust meds lower....Hashis acting up? Wondering how much was affected by it over the years.

***Want to say not all guys are this way!

Got a gripe! When guys are "watching" their own kids, come to my house, start doing their thing in the garage (4 wheeler stuff) and leave their kids for me to watch. With out even asking "hey can you keep an eye on _____ for me while I....." the kids are just set loose and assumed that I'm watching them! I have crap to do too! I love kids, but I'm not their nanny slave!

Got to insert here...not always guys...there are a few women hat have done this too. Not as often though.

Had to vent somewhere. Ahhhhhh........deep breathing.......

Crappy weather and a pool party planned today for my fam.

rain threatening....have barely had any and now it will come! Ughhhhh!

I go to the endo on 7/26 I am so anxious to see what she says about things, I have to get the stuff for that cortisol test did you have that done?

Did throw them out when enough became enough! One dad did come in and helped clean the mess they made. They still weren't watching them outside though...grrrrr I don't think anyone can get it into their heads. I know the wives try......

Survived having pool party with my fam yesterday. Kept LC. Made a bean cake so I wouldn't be tempted by the carby yummies. Sister brought cheese cake! I didnt even taste it. Shes doing hcg, doc prescribed, and was loading....so lots of carby stuff. She was feeling the too many carbs hangover. Reminded me of why I stay LC.

Got a doc apt. later today. Will probably lower my meds. Don't want the side effects, but worried this will end any losses....and maybe cause gains.....

153.4 today.

Doc visit went well. He also believes my thyroid meds are too high once again. His take on it: my body may be healing itself. He's going to lower the meds and wants new tests run in Oct. to see how I'm doing. He also said it could be the Hashi's, but was leaning more towards the healing self. He believes less meds is better. Wondering if the little bit of CTing is helping? Have read it can help with thyroid...if his little bit did that, it is a good thing for me.

Got DGS today. Should be a great day!

Kitty what is CTing? I am a big believer in the less meds the better I am the worst pill taker but it they tell me there is a skinny pill I am all over it, LOL Hope you feel better and enjoy this pool weather it is suppose to be 99 here I am heading to aunties pool I cant wait!!!

I never knew such a thing could occur either Dianne, until I started reading what Jack Kruse has been doing. I thought it was interesting, but didn't think it would do it for me this easily. Thought I'd try a bit just to see.

Google jack kruse and CT

He lost weight by using cold to reset the body. He uses it to help healing after surgery too.

He's the doc writing about Leptin reset that I did too.

I started by swimming in the pool before it warmed up. I've been adding cold showers recently. Worked my way slowly to the point of not using hot water for a period during showering before I get out. Also use cooler water for the washing part. Blast AC at myself while driving, dont put long sleeves on when it cools off outside, etc. I don't picture doing ice baths....but....if this keeps improving me....

I'd take a skinny pill too!

To get warm here again too! Not missing winter one bit!

Well you'd love it here Kitty - no hot water unless I boil it. I will keep the benefits in mind next time I have a bracingly cold shower haha.

Glad the meds are going down! How great would it be if you were self healing!!
