Thanks all! Still going right direction! 154.2 today! Can I dream I'm out of that 155.6 stage?
Doc appt. went well yesterday. GP visit. Nurse was shocked by my losses! Yay! I hadn't been there since I started this woe. Everything checked out well there. Set up all those tests they want you to get at my age. Mamo and bone density next week. Colonoscopy guy will be calling...... New dentist....so had full X-rays done. Getting some fillings repaired, then working on improvements. Tired of the way my teeth look. Getting it fixed. Going to get hot here today. May hit 95. Pool time on the list after I haul a load of stuff we don't need out of here. Purging! The good kind! Have a great day all! |

Yep, got my guy I go to for thyroid, etc. also next month. Eye doc too! I always put it off till summer when I can schedule things easier. Stay cool!

Then it was that carrot cake Canada Boy saved me from. I miss you CB and hope you are doing good. I'm sorry for droning on and on. .......I'm weary from trying to figure this out. Kitty I do hope you had a great 51 year day!  My 50's rocked

Oh that doc visit would have been fun!! You've lost a ton really!! Good job on getting all the body service stuff done (teeth, eyes, hose up your bum). Not fun, but prevention is a heck of a lot better than the alternative right

The visit was to check a small worrisome issue. Saw NP since doc is on vacation. No blood panels. I had those run last August though. Full...and I mean full panel! My other doc I go to for thyroid, etc. Believes in checking all. That's how I got diagnosed with Hashimotos. Found other things low too. That doc believes in LC! Had a lovely chat about Dr. A with him! Not sure what my GP thinks of LC. I will bring my test results when the day comes to see him......just in case he tries to say the old it will raise your cholesterol, etc.! Hahaha! Bam.....theirs the proof it didn't! Hoping he is ok with it though. Nice having docs that are!
Not sure where she got them ML. Will ask her! 154.6 pre poopy so it is staying for now! To get DGS. They must be running late though ..... |

153.8 the loss is sticking and then some!
Now, to stay on plan for the weekend! Sat. I have a grad party up north. My niece's daughter. She knows about our new woe and said she'd make sure we had good options! She has recently gotten into eating organic as possible, using co, etc. so should be good for us. It also makes it hard to cheat when you know they are watching how you eat....in a good way have to set an example! I will make some LC yum to take! Now, I "need" a bikini top ASAP! Wardrobe malfunction!  was rolling the solar cover, bent over, and pop!  the hook on the back broke! Good thing only DGS was there! Quick grab and run for the house to change! Good thing it didnt happen at the beach! I will have to figure another closure for it. It had a plastic slide type thing...it went kaplueey! Will I trust another one like that?  Well, I think the frog that had taken up residency in the pool got the eviction notice. Weird swimming with a frog! Finally got rid of the cheap, but cute, table set at the pool. No one would sit on it, except us! Fear it would break. So now looking for a more substantial choice! |

Would have been if out in public or guests here! DGS being 3.5 and all only got upset he couldn't go in pool till Nana changed! Glad to here the Venus ones are held together better!
153.6 today! Did I pass the irritating 155.6 stage? Or is this all a cruel joke! I keep expecting to see 155.6 again! Doing a bit around here, making my "famous" taco salad, then heading north for grad party. My mantra....it's not special...you don't need o taste it.... Having the weight dropping again should keep me good. I don't want to screw that up! Have a great weekend! |
