Which brings an idea to mind, would you be able to make Sat or Sun a MD? I know it's adviced to not have one every week but if I recall, some still lost well doing this weekly...
A MD could be a good answer for me. I would have to keep it at 1200 calories or so and follow it with an UD, correct? So Friday could be DD, Sat. MD, Sunday UD, then Monday DD. Does that look right? That would actually work pretty well - or something to that schedule.

Yep, I go between about 6 lbs. each week. Usually on Fridays I'm at my lowest - anywhere from 188-190 and my highest on Mondays - anywhere from 194-196. I just don't bother weighing on Monday morning anymore so I don't get stressed about it

on the commitment to your exercise!!!

It baffles me, I can go alllllll day without eating and be fine. However, if I start my day off with a meal, all I want to do is eat, eat, eat and eat some more!

Go Gracie!! I exercise in the morning and get hungry now. I did better in the past when I ate later too. Exercising in the evening is out of the question so I have to shoot for the morning...but then I'm hungry. I probably need to eat something more filling, like oatmeal (?)

Hi peeps! Today is an UD but I'm fasting until dinner. We are heading to Kennywood after work (amusement park) so I want to save my calories for some yummy goodness No weighing today for me - I completed a good DD and did Callanetics yesterday. Hoping I'm in the 180's by the weekend

Lots to do today but I'll check back later

YAY, Kennywood. So what are you going to get? I would like to go to Cedar point this year. I love all the roller coasters but we haven't went for years because I was too heavy.

Potato Patch Fries with cheese/gravy and a funnel cake w/strawberries/ice cream/whipped cream - OMG I've been thinking about it all day It brings back childhood memories

Cedar Point is fun! I haven't been there in YEARS though. My DS will go next year for his 8th grade field trip - maybe I will chaperone

Thanks chickies!!!

After watching the video now I'm not sure if fasting is good! I don't want to cause an all out POTATO PATCH french fry binge!!! Maybe I'll make a few hard boiled eggs and make egg salad so I'm not starving when we get there.

Sounds solid Gracie! No binging allowed! Eggs good, binging on french fries, no good! Hey I heard that a general ticket to Cedar Point is something like $52.00 for an adult?

I'm not sure? Kennywood is something like 37.99 for an all day pass but if you go to Giant Eagle they are 26.99 We are going at exactly 5 pm to get the night riders pass for $22.99 - I think DD Erin is cheaper because she's only 3. It's still gonna be an expensive day!

I agree with Maggie in saying that is a great plan. At least you have something when the hunger starts. Another video of hers that I found extremely good was following her day and how she responds to her hunger. She is SKINNY, and she follows her hunger signals to a TEE. Also her kids.

Anyway, when you have time, the day in the life of Robin's eating is a good one!

ENJOY!!!!

Good morning! We had so much fun yesterday at Kennywood! Erin was just overwhelmed by all the rides. She was belly laughing on the rollercoasters, whip, turtles, and pouncey bounce!! She had a blast! My eating was so/so - We had dinner there and Erin & I shared a bowl of strawberries w/whipped cream, chicken fingers, and french fries. Everyone got ice cream at the end of the night but I did not! That's a victory right? We walked a ton and it was 92 degrees so I think I probably worked off the food I ate.

Today is a DD and I have no idea what I'm eating I will probably fast til dinner and then just have whatever the family is having. There's a fundraiser at the local pizza shop for our friend's daughter who was recently diagnosed with leukemia. I believe whatever they sell tonight they will donate a certain percentage back to her and her family. So we may go there. I can get a grilled chicken salad or even some wings and stay within my 500 calories.

Everyone have a great day - stay cool!!!
