Yesterday's UD went well - I kept it low-carb and actually lost -1.8# Of course I'm up from my 188.4 weigh in last week because of the weekend - the cycle starts over AGAIN. I'm hoping exercise will help me with some more losses. Today is a DD and I'm not sure what I want to eat yet. I'm thinking of waiting until dinner and having a nice meal. I might make chicken parmesan (low-carb) style with some veggies. That should be enough to satisfy me until tomorrow!!! I'm aiming at doing hour #4 of Callanetics for June today - I'm sure I will have to force myself again I can be such a procrastinator!!!!

Losing on low carb and eating good for is the bomb! I like the idea of you pondering what to eat and also eating what you truly want. The chicken parmesan sounds so yummy. It seems that you do well with Juddd? Enjoy your day!

Good morning! After my DD I am down -1.2 Lbs. - inching my way back down the scale. I didn't eat all day until dinner. I made a low-carbish chicken parm. and Dreamfields angel hair pasta. It was pretty good I sort of overcooked the chicken I'm always worried about chicken not being done and getting sick. Today is a glorious UD and I haven't eaten anything yet Not sure what I'm in the mood for right now. Maybe baked chicken thighs and a salad. That sounds good! I'm kind of craving chocolate so I may grab an Atkins bar. Anyhoo, work to do!!! Have a great day

Good morning and Happy Friday Scale up +0.8 lbs. from my UD - no worries! I kept it as low-carb as possible. I did have seasoned wings for dinner so I know that is very high in sodium. Today is a DD and I will focus on getting lots of water in and probably only eating dinner. That seems to work well for me. If I get hungry I usually just grab an apple to tide me over and it's only like 70 calories. Anyone have good plans for the weekend?

Supposed to head to the lake but DH has a golf outing for work today He said he should be home by 7 pm but you know how those golf outings go I'm sure they'll have some drinks at the clubhouse before dinner and then some after too!!! Hoping to at least get there tonight to sleep and then wake up and boat all day We'll probably come home Sunday for dinner with my dad.

Awe Deb I can't even imagine My DH lost his dad back in 2000 and it's still hard. He won't even go to the cemetery. My thoughts and prayers will be with you on Sunday

Have fun at the lake. Sounds nice. My mom is taking the kids for the night tomorrow night and so DH and I are going on a date. WOO HOO!!!! Its been way too long for just us time. I wish I had something new to wear, but I haven't had much luck shopping and probably won't get anywhere tomorrow.

Got home really late last night from the lake - it was close to midnight. I'm super tired today! No weighing until after a couple good DDs. I got sun over the weekend and ate too much. I had a few beers on Friday night too. Yesterday I planned a DD but ended up turning it into a UD Oh well, WHATEVA My goal TODAY is to complete a good DD (maybe a steak day), get lots of water in, and complete my 5th hour of Callanetics. I'm thinking of just making daily goals so I stop getting disappointed in myself

It sounds like you had a wonderful time with your family Gracie, how fun! Did you wear sunscreen with all that hot weather? I hope so. Way to go on the Callantics, I checked out the forum on that and those pictures of others are sooo impressive. No dispppintment in yourself allowed here young lady. No don't you are go there. Daily goals sound good however. There is a Daily Goal Thread over on the LCF's Forum, look it up. Hey you are still doing those daily exercises that Melanie has for you right? I understand though and that is why I have my walking goal and soon swimming laps goal but I need an not eating the wrong foods goal. You will find something but PLEASE, pretty please do not brow beat yourself.

Awe thanks Maggie, I needed that today! I just get tired of the same old sh*t Up on Mondays, down on Fridays. All that means is stupid dieting all week again I guess I can't eat like a king all weekend and expect to not have to work it back off, right? It's probably just the Monday morning blues - I'll be okay

I agree with Maggie. Have you thought about how much you could've gained if not JUDDDing? To maintain and eat like a king is good! I'm glad we're on the same cycles..today is a DD for me too but I need Sunday to be an UD so gotta throw a MD in there somewhere. I guess I will make it Saturday. Which brings an idea to mind, would you be able to make Sat or Sun a MD? I know it's adviced to not have one every week but if I recall, some still lost well doing this weekly...
