Thank you Shari! JUDDD works for maintenance for me but I'm not very successful losing with it. If I would stick to the plan and my calories I'm positive I would be losing. But I guess any plan works if I actually follow it!!!

Thanks Deb! We are heading to the lake after work and the forecast looks gorgeous! Last weekend was cold and rainy so I'm looking forward to a nice, hot, and sunny weekend!

Happy Friday My DS woke me up last night around 11:30 pm because he was in the bathroom and there wasn't any toilet paper!!! Then I just could not fall back asleep - so aggravating It was probably after 1 am before I actually fell asleep. The scale was actually down this morning - I'm sitting at 188.4 lbs. - pretty dang happy with that!!! Maybe the Callanetics helped? Here was my menu:

B: coffee/cream/coconut oil
Snack: apple
L: 3 Market Day low-fat cheese omelets/broccoli
D: chicken sauteed in coconut oil, broccoli, and an apple (little bit of rice)

Then in bed after my DS woke me up my tummy was grumbling. I went into the kitchen and grabbed a handful of Cinnamon Toast Crunch Of course my DD (Gracie) ate some too

I got in lots of water and exercise yesterday - I need to keep my momentum going through the weekend

Hi everyone I had a great weekend at the lake - really hate coming home!!! We had one mishap - my son's friend came with us and they were messing around on the dock. He was standing behind DH and pushed him in - not knowing the water was only about 2 feet deep We believe DH broke his left big toe. He is going to MedExpress today. The toe is all black DS's friend felt really bad - we know it was only an accident. Praying it's not serious!!!

I did not weigh this morning. I know that the scale will be up a bit due to the sunburn and lack of water from the weekend. Today is a DD and I'm going to try and fast until dinner. Dinner is going to be teriyaki grilled chicken and veggies. That should be a good DD. DS has both a hockey and basketball game tonight - both at 7 pm. He is going to the basketball because it's his Varsity team for next and year and more important. Hoping the get a win!! They are 2-0 in this summer league but tonight we play a really good school who are much bigger than us. We play in a catholic league and this school has free tuition that we are playing, hence LOTS of kids!!!

I will probably weigh after Wednesday's DD and see where I'm at

Glad you had a great weekend! Hope DH toe isn't too bad, nothing worse than a broken bone, even if it is small... still hurts!!

So you enjoy your DD and good thing not to weigh, no use having it mess with the head!

sorry about hubby's toe..I know the kid probably felt bad. Hope it heals okay. Good luck to your son this evening. Free tuition?!!! OMG, didn't know that was even possible..LOL. I bet it has a loooong wait list.
I agree about the scale. We went to Kings Dominion yesterday and let's say the scale is off limits for now..LOL. Sounds like a great DD menu.

The poor guy is in pain!!! His toe looks awful. Yeah, I decided this morning I wasn't going to allow this stupid machine that flashes numbers to ruin my day!!! Progress, yes?

Free tuition!!! Apparently a very rich woman left an endowment to the school so there is never any tuition. There isn't a waiting list - anyone within the church's borders can join the school. They have HUGE classes My nephew goes there and he never has any real chance at sports because they have so many boys.

What is Kings Dominion? An amusement park???

Hi peeps! Totally forgot to post this morning Yesterday was a good DD and I got my exercise in. Today has been a good UD so far I'm at 770 calories and I'm keeping it low-carb. I need to stay away from SUGAR!!! It makes me feel awful. My UD calories are 1925 so I have 1155 left for the day. Not sure what we're gonna have for dinner yet. It's odd, I'm not hungry on my UDs Maybe just knowing I can have whatever I want takes away the want for it???? WEIRD. If today was a DD I would fantasizing about a donut or something

This is so true! Knowing you can have it, makes you not want any of it. Knowing you can't, all you do is dream of it all day!!! (this holds true for so many things in life!!!)

It's crazy how our minds work!!! I finished my UD low-carb and around 1850 calories DH is doing better - he went to MedExpress and he has an ear infection so they gave him anitibiotics but there's nothing they can do for his toe. It's all black and just going to have to heal on it's own. He is walking much better though! Thanks for asking
