Oh, my, AG - you are this close ! Awesome work ! I have a question for you. I seem to recall you had a P3 fudge recipe - was it just cream cheese and cocoa ? I couldn't remember if butter was in it, too.

Good morning Well, almost afternoon I guess! My weekend was pretty good. I did good on Friday and Sunday. Saturday at the party I caved and ate off protocol. I had eaten my lunch but it was around 6 pm and I was starving. I should've packed some foods but alas did not. My weight today was 200.8 - still hovering above onederland Not sure what I'm going to eat today. I have lots of lean ground meat to use up before my PI for this weekend.

I don't have a P3 fudge recipe, but let me know if you find one! I've made the P3 cream cheese muffins and added cocoa before? Maybe that's it? I prefer them plain though and then add sugar-free chocolate syrup

Okay, so far I've had my coffee/hwc/splenda for breaky and then lunch was an golden delicious apple, lean burger patty with lettuce, onions, and mustard. Praying for onederland tomorrow!!!!

You are doing awesome, AG ! You will need a good song for onederland ! Maybe it was a muffin recipe ? I did find a fudge one that was pretty good - two spoonfuls and I'm full. I got it from a body building forum. Here's the recipe:

1/2 cup heavy cream
2.5 tablespoons butter
4 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons Splenda (you may need more, sweeten to your taste)
2-4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (depending how rich you like it)

In a small pot, melt the butter on low heat. Once it's melted, add in the cream cheese. Make sure and cut it up into little pieces so that it melts faster. Otherwise, you'll be waiting for a long time. Also add the cream and Splenda. Once it's melted and bubbling, reduce head and add in the cocoa and vanilla. Stir well and pour into a buttered dish. Let it sit for an hour or two in the fridge and boom, you've got some low carb fudge.

Carbs- 2 per serving, should yield 6 servings.
Protein-1 gram

I'm so happy today! I'm a little tired though cause I couldn't fall asleep last night. Erin was being ornery and she just wouldn't lay down. UGH! She was horrible to get up for school today. She was sleeping in the car before I took her in

Today is VLCD #16 and I'm down -12.4#, not too shabby. That's 0.83 lbs. per day! I know it would've been more if I didn't cheat on Saturday but I was starving! Also, I keep telling myself that usually I gain at least 5 lbs. loading so my total would be much higher. I'm glad I didn't gain so much loading but it is more fun because you get to count that it what you lost Wow, what a head game

So far I've only had my coffee and an apple. I'll probably make a lean burger patty again. I'm really getting tired of the P2 foods!!! For dinner last night I did have a little more than half of a low-carb wrap with my burger. I figured that it only had 60 calories and maybe 2-3 carbs so it wouldn't hurt. It was like heaven! I kept wrapping pieces of my burger with lettuce, onion, and mustard. What a treat and I still lost!! YES

Yesterday's Menu:
B: coffee/hwc/splenda
L: lean burger patty, lettuce, onions, mustard, apple
D: lean burger patty, lettuce, onions, mustard, low-carb wrap (1/2+)

Only got in 3 bottles of water yesterday Will work on that today!

(Gluten Free, Lactose Free, Cholesterol Free)

Calories - 15 per 1 tablespoon
Fat - 1 gram
Carbs - 1 gram
Sugars = 0 gram

I am typically a half/half person, but, have been seeing posts about this fabulous creamer. I picked some up yesterday and it is WONDERFUL. I must warn you that the second ingredient is CORN SYRUP. I had my first cup of coffee with half/half. I am using this if I want something sweet. It seems to serve that purpose. Has anyone else tried this?

Good morning peeps Scale down a smidge today, and I mean a smidge!!! It was 199.6 lbs. I was hoping for more! I did eat dinner later than usual because my sister came over to help DS with his Biology. I think I ate around 7:30-8 pm. I always eat around 5:30-6. So maybe the food is still sitting in my system.

Tonight we are going to Disney on Ice! Me and my girls are going, both of my sisters, my mom, and 2 nieces. Should be fun!! I'm going to dress warm because it's so cold from the ice plus the hcg!!!

Yesterday's Menu:

D: 3 hard boiled egg whites + 1 full egg, low-carb wrap

I hope I have a nice drop! Just had some cottage cheese with strawberries/splenda. It was pretty good. I can't have meat today or Friday so this is going to be very interesting.

Awww thanks! I'll have to try that kind, sounds tasty. Maybe with some vodka? I haven't had a drink in about a month so I'll have to be careful!

Good morning! Scale only went down a smidge today, sitting at 199.2 lbs. This is my LDW for my PI. So my window is 197.2-201.2 lbs. I will be doing the PI for about a week or so and then jump back into P2. I didn't eat a lot yesterday so I thought my drop would be more BUT I hardly drank any water. GRRRRR I need to get more water in but I'm just not thirsty I know it plays a key role in weight loss so I'm going to force myself today to drink, drink, and then drink more!!!

Snack: 100 calorie popcorn

Hi peeps and happy Friday! Today is my last VLCD and then my PI. I ate on plan yesterday and the scale went up I swear my body sucks!!! Today I was at 200.2 So far today I've had coffee for breaky and lunch was baked cod, salad, and broccoli. I can't wait to eat some yummy stuff tomorrow

Happy Saturday! Today starts my PI and I'm a bit nervous! Scale read exactly 200.0 so I'm within my window. I'm running out now to take DS up the field because him and his buddy are doing football workouts. Then I'm gonna run to the store and see if I can find anything to wear tonight. I have a couple things here but hoping to find a good sale!

Good morning peeps! I was off work yesterday and had a lot of running around to do. I'm staying within my window and I actually worked out yesterday! I was a little above my window yesterday so I stuck to protein and fat and today it's all good! I'm thinking of jumping back into P2 next Monday and aiming for another 10 pounds or so. I would like to get firmly into the lower 190's and then take another break.

Sheba ~ I have one son who is 14 and 2 daughters who are 11 and 4. We went to a fundraiser called the 200 Club for the high school athletics. It was a lot of fun! A PI is a Planned Interruption where you just try to stay within a 2 pound window (either way) of your last dose weight. So I'm trying to stay between around 198-202 to stabilize and lock in this weight. You can eat anything you want except sugar and starch. Kind of like Atkins but we can have unlimited veggies, fruits, etc.

Thanks Marie! I seriously hate having to relose this weight AGAIN. My happy place is in the 180's and the 170's are a dream right now. I just want to have an enjoyable summer where I don't feel uncomfortable in my own skin!!!
