I take D3 but it's not liquid form. I think there's 5,000 ius per capsule. I got it from a naturopath - do you think I should increase? I take one each night before bed. I also take Vitamin C, magnesium/calcium, probiotic, and B-Complex.

Didn't have time to get the documentary yet - too busy! Thanks Shari for the information!

Yesterday went pretty well. I've done T-Tapp for 2 days in a row so at least I'm getting in exercise. Today is technically a DD. I'm not sure what I'm going to eat. I have the miracle noodles that help with hunger. I usually take a packet of seasoning from the ramen noodles and throw in a bag of noodles. Fills me up and it's zero calories.

DS has a varsity home game tonight, hoping he gets in. The only way he'll get in is if they are leading by a lot.

I feel like I have a chest cold. I took 2000 mg of Vitamin C this morning along with some Tylenol. My DH has had this cold for about a week or so. I should've figured I would get it. Hoping it doesn't last long!

Thank God it's Friday Football tonight and then all day tomorrow. Our first game is at 2:00 tomorrow and the last starts at 7:00. Praying I feel better

I take 20-25,000 ius when I am getting (or am) sick. When I am healthy I take 1,000 ius daily. I like the drops only because 1 drop=1,000 ius, I hate taking capsules they make me gag

Well, I ended up with the flu I have never had it in my entire life and it is seriously horrible. Next year I am definitely getting a flu shot! I still have a cough but am starting to feel human again. I thought I was going to seriously cough up a lung It's so hard for me to avoid kids and crowds! I have 3 kids and 2 are involved in football/cheerleading so I'm always at football games with large crowds! I also handle a lot of money for the youth football organization which I know is disgusting.

I obviously didn't follow any type of eating plan. I laid in bed most of the time. I am taking Dayquil/Nyquil still. My weight this morning was 201 so I'm almost back in onederland. I want to start working out again this week if I have enough energy. My gym has a nice pool so I may start with swimming and then hit the steam room.

I hope you feel better. Yes, it's too easy to get sick when around a lot of kids and you're so busy...not able to rest as much which can also weaken the immune system. I've only had the flu once *knock on wood* and it kicked my butt...will never forget it. Take care of yourself

Thanks Shari! It does kick your butt. I could not get out of bed. And in the morning when I tried to get the kids up for school, I would sweat profusely and get the shakes. I ended up having to call my mother in law for help because my mom doesn't drive. She took my kids to school and got my little one ready for me. And I relied on friends to bring the kids home from school. Thank God I had people who could help me!

Monday, Monday Gosh do the weekends go by quickly! We had DS's football game on Friday night (they won!) and Saturday we had football games from 10 am - 5:30 pm, then my DS went to homecoming that night. We all met for pictures at 6:15 at a friend's house. They all looked beautiful and handsome. Yesterday we took the kids to lunch at Joe's Crab Shack at Station Square and then to the Point to see the big yellow 45' duck that's been living in our rivers the past few weeks. It was a really nice day! Then on the way home we got ice cream from Dairy Queen. I had the Oreo Brownie Earthquake - Oh so good!!!!

Today I'm focusing on water, water, water and maybe a steak day? Not sure. My weight this morning is still above 200 which I figured. I walked a lot yesterday and I am still recovering from sunburn I got on Saturday at the games. DS has a JV game today so I will be heading there after work. Hoping they bring home a win!!!

So far, so good today. Just drinking loads of water and rereading all the different hcg protocols. Toying with the idea....

Here are 2 pics from this weekend. I hate looking at myself as I've gained about 15 pounds. I know quitting smoking hasn't helped but my lungs are happy

Awesome!! The kids look sooooooooo cute!! And grownup!.. wow..

You look fine, but I love how you hide behind the kiddos like I do...

I love the HCG 2.0 and Dr. Lipmans plan, lots of good reading in their new books. Also the Dr Emma thread in the HCG forum is full of good info.

In any case, I bet you could just make your own plan and it would work as well.

Happy Tuesday! Biggest Loser starts tonight so I plan on watching. My DH absolutely hates that show I still enjoy it but wish it wasn't so long and they didn't throw in all those advertisements. Hoping it gives me some motivation.

Feeling good today. Focusing on water and eating good. So far I've had an apple, turkey sandwich on low-calorie wheat bread with onions, lettuce, and mustard. Not too bad. Not sure what's for dinner. Maybe a turkey burger and some veggies. Taking it day by day.... Would love to be back closer to 190 by Thanksgiving. We are going to Daytona over Christmas again and I'd like to feel good for the beach!!! Wahoooooo

Great pics, Gracie. I can't believe how big your kids are now...wow. Like Deb said, I don't see where you've gained 15lbs but we can certainly feel it, even if it doesn't show. I'm with you...needing to do something...been looking at various hhcg plans too. I've had weekend plans, unexpected and expected, that I have allowed to derail my hard, good work (eating wise) during the week...so I lose weight during the week, gain it back again over the weekends..ugh

Thanks Shari! I definitely have gained actually 16 pounds but now it's down to 11 Having the flu you'd think I would've LOST but NOOOOOO!!! I was taking loads of DayQuil and NyQuil which makes me gain for some reason. I'm down 5 pounds so I'm happy. I just want to lose some before the holidays hit and the partying starts I need some cushion so I don't gain way above 200. I think my head's in the right place right now - keeping my fingers crossed.

Hi peeps I seem to do better when I journal every day so I'm trying to keep up. My weight is down 5 lbs. so I know I was just holding water. I woke up in the middle of the night with a sore throat but it's because the crud in my chest/sinuses finally started draining. I took some tylenol and hoping it feels better. I'm going to start doubling my D3 and hope my immune systems strengthens. All this crap my kids bring home isn't helping!!!

Yesterday I did good.

B: coffee
Snack: apple
L: turkey sandwich on low-calorie wheat bread with lettuce, onion, mustard
Snack: apple
D: turkey burger with onions, lettuce, mustard

I still need to drink more water but it's cold here It's so hard to drink lots of water when I don't really want it. My goal today is 5-6 bottles.

Hope everyone has a great HUMP DAY

It will be our first visit there. Dec. 28-Jan 4 we will be at 759 South Atlantic Avenue(Ormond Beach -Georgian Beach Club). The following week we will be at Tropic Shores 3111 S. Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach).
Let's definitely plan to meet up!!!! We can come to you, no problem!

Awesome! Ormond Beach isn't far at all. I believe it's a bit north of Daytona Beach. We'll talk closer to Christmas. We can do lunch or dinner!!!

We will do a bit of travel, including SC for two weeks Nov 15-Nov 30) and then will hit the road for more travel. We'll land in Greenville, SC for good mid to end of January.

Oh wow! Good for you!!! I do try to keep up on the thread but there is so much going on!!! I always feel bad because I can't do personals and don't want to make anyone feel left out. Do any of those ladies live near Daytona too?

No, I do not believe so. I WILL be within an hour or so of Dawn and Lisa once I am in Greenville. I met them on a previous trip. They were kind enough to come to our hotel. I've also met Linda and Karen while we were visiting New Orleans.

Good morning! Well, it's weekend eve right? Scale was better today, almost back to onederland - it read 200.2 I should've peed again and then weighed Hoping tomorrow to be in onederland where I'm a much happier girl!!!

Yesterday's Menu
B: coffee
Snack: apple
Lunch: turkey sandwich on low-cal wheat bread w/onions, lettuce, mustard
Snack: apple
Dinner: Salad with seasoned ground turkey & dressing

I'm still not getting all the water in that I should. But, I'm trying not to use those flavored drink packets either. I read that they cause sugar cravings. Apparently when you drink it your body gets the sensation of the sugar but then no calories follow. Your body starts to crave calories... who knows, could be a bunch of BS but it makes sense to me I'll do anything to stay away from sugar cravings.

I think TOM might be due but I lost track of when my last cycle was. I'm going to have to go back and try to find it. My back was hurting a little last night which usually means TOM is creeping....

TGIF Scale not cooperating with my efforts - it read exactly 200.0!!! I looked at my calendar and TOM was actually due yesterday so I'm sure that's what is going on here. TOM can be such a bugger! I probably shouldn't weigh for a few days to save myself grief. Yesterday's menu was pretty good so I know for sure the scale should've gone down more.

B: coffee
L: strawberries, 4 eggs cooked in sauteed onions
Snack: apple
D: ground beef/ground turkey mixed on top of salad w/dressing

I might do a steak day today just to get back into onederland. My DH won't be home for dinner and neither will DS. My DD Gracie (10) is going to her first ever dance tonight!!! It's a Halloween themed dance for the 5th graders. I can't believe how quick she's growing up. So, I would only need 1 big steak for me and Erin to share. And Erin 's steak too. I'm thinking a nice big delmonico for the two of us

Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend! I will try to check in to keep myself accountable. I really want to get back down to a good weight before the holidays and eating season starts

Happy Saturday! Finally back in onederland (just barely!) 199.4 this morning! Now today will be challenging. I have to go to 3 different football games in 3 different locations. Should be lots of fun (NOT). TOM still hasn't shown his ugly face yet - not sure what's going on, I'm usually pretty regular. Probably stress causing it to be late.....

Anyhoo, I will heading to the first game in about 90 minutes - gotta go get ready. Have a great weekend. Praying I stay the course and keep the scale moving DOWN

Good morning! I survived a football weekend! My son's team won 42-6 and he got in as QB on offense and safety on defense in the 3rd and 4th. I'm so proud of him!!! He is only a freshman playing on the varsity team. Then we had all 4 of our youth football teams in the playoffs and 1 advanced to the semifinals yesterday. I spent my entire weekend at football games. My eating was pretty good but TOM showed up yesterday morning. This morning the scale read 200.6 but I'm super bloated and having very bad cramps. I'm hoping the scale goes down a few pounds once TOM leaves. I've been behaving and hope to be rewarded!!!

Today I'm focusing on water and just eating whole foods and no crap. Day by day.....
