UPDATE FROM DAILY WEIGH THREAD
I would like to join you all as well. My goal for October is to follow my UD/DD rotations and follow my calorie numbers. I have a normal than high starting weight because of a high carb weekend and TOM starting yesterday. My goal for October is 185 lbs. 10/1 198 lbs. DD (722 cal) 10/2 194 lbs. UD (aiming for 1952 cal) - probably closer to 2000+ 10/3 193.2 lbs. DD (Loss after an UD - YES!!! ) Calories were 646 but I exercised for about 233 calories 10/4 192.4 lbs. UD (Did 30 Day Shred yesterday and no gain -YAY!) 10/5 194.4 lbs. DD <500 (Did 30 Day Shred) 10/6 192.4 lbs. UD Had around 1500 calories and some lite beers 10/7 DNW - Had a MD ~ 1225 calories 10/8 194.2 DD <500 Fasting until dinner 10/9 193.4 lbs. UD (1952 calories goal) I did the 30 day shred video yesterday and I believe my muscles are retaining water because I'm sore. No worries, today is an UD!!! YAY

Good morning
I would've like to drop more today but I'm pretty sure my muscles are retaining water from the exercise yesterday. My arms, tummy, and legs are all sore. I suppose that's a good thing ![]() Today is an UD and I'm trying to figure out what I want to eat. I was going to do a lower carb UD and try to stay away from goodies. I don't want the sugar monster to come out ![]() |

There are a few things I cannot even have in the house because I have no control if they are around: a)cereal b)trail mix! LOVE that stuff! especially the tropical!

yup, same for me...a can of cashews and it's a done deal! You have very good losses after DDs so that number will surely be less tomorrow. My hat is off to you all that can weigh after UDs..LOL.

what if you made your own 125 cal packs and split it up into baggies when you get it home? Then at least you would be a little more conscious of opening another baggie and it wouldn't add up before you knew it! Of course, 125 cals is what, like 1/8 or 1/4 cup? LOL

OK, so it's 1:06 pm and I haven't eaten yet - no hunger so far. I just finished my 30 Day Shred Workout too
If I get hungry I have packs of oatmeal (brown sugar) that are only 160 calories each. They are pretty filling too. On an UD I'll make two of those and it's still a pretty low calorie breakfast. I could always add some of the trail mix to my oatmeal on UDs!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Good morning peeps
Yesterday was a good DD but I was really hungry in the evening. I made pumpkin bake last night and it was a chore not to eat it. I did have maybe 2 little tastes. I fasted until dinner and then had about 8 ounces of T-bone steak and sauteed mushrooms. I also did my workout which should equal burning about 233 calories. My weight went back down today - I just realized it's a new low since starting JUDDD Hope everyone has a great day! |

Good morning
Thank God it's Friday too! Weight up a bit today - I'm not feeling great though. I have a headache and sinus problems, and I'm out of Sudafed My plan today was to fast until dinner - we'll see how I feel. My DD(9) was home 2 days this week with a fever and sore throat so I hope I'm not getting it. My throat hurts a bit, but I think it's from the sinus drainage Maybe I'll hit up a MedExpress today to get checked. I am also scheduled for a 30 Day Shred workout - all I wanna do is lay down and rest ![]() |
