Hi peeps Mondays suck The weekends are starting to kick my butt. It rained until like 2:00 pm on Saturday so the football games were pretty messy. My son played at 4:00 pm so it was a bit nicer out then. They won 30-22 They moved him to QB and he did a great job! He was always QB from age 7-11 and this year they had him at running back. I'm so glad they moved him back to QB where he's comfortable.

As for my eating it wasn't so great. I'm up +2.0 lbs for the weekend. After being at the field all day on Saturday I wasn't feeling great and had to eat. Then yesterday I was really tired and figured I needed food. Oh well, I felt like my body was telling me to eat. I am also thinking of transitioning back to JUDDD for a while because I was feeling weak and getting back cramps. I think it was probably low potassium. I was taking the supplements but it doesn't seem to be working. Today I'm going to see how I feel and decide. Today is LCD# 15 and I'm thinking of transitioning into a JUDDD style P3. I would like to get down about 7 more lbs. for now.

Congrats to your son and his team!! Glad to hear he was moved back to QB position. Yeah the weekends are harder, for sure. G and I went to function where they had Famous Dave's catering...I certainly ate my share of meat..LOL. I say do what's best for you. We're all trying to find that 'just right' niche that fits our busy schedules, allow us to lose weight w/o feeling compromised and too restrictive. You do so well on Omaha though...or any other plan you choose. Hope you feel better.

Good morning! Weight is down a little - I'm still not sure what the heck I'm doing I'm not dosing right now because I wasn't feeling great. I kind of did IF'ing yesterday and today I'm going to try and good DD. I love JUDDD because I get to eat normal every other day, BUT I just seem to maintain because my DDs turn into MDs or UDs If I can just stay where I am right now for a little while I will be happy.

How is everyone else? CeeCee - TOM sucks

Oh I had too many days like that! I love JUDDD as well because of the variety and ability to eat normal again...I just could not do a good series of DDs to get back into the groove like I did earlier this year. That's why I chose WW because I can eat like I did with JUDDD everyday as long as I keep tracking and stay within a limit. I signed up for a 3-mth special so I'll see how it goes....

Good morning! Busy with work the last few days Scale has gone down another lb. so I'm happy. I'm trying not to stress and just relax about my weight. I've been tracking my calories to keep me in line.

Shari ~ How many calories do you get on the WW-PP? I figure the points have to equate to calories somehow And are the fruits and veggies free? I've been thinking about joining but I honestly haver zero time right now. Between football, cheerleading, gymnastics, and now Gracie joined band and basketball is starting!!! I need to hire a chauffeur for all of my kid's activities!!!

How is everyone else doing? I will try to visit journals soon!

Work comes second..we come first!! Of course if I was paying your bills I could say that, right? Work has been busy for me the past couple days too so I'm just able to get on in the afternoons when I'm eating lunch.

I get 26 daily points but can pull from an additional 46 weekly points when needed. But I hear you don't get as good of a loss when you eat all your weekly points. However I lost last week but I also kept it mostly lower carbs. I'll see how it goes this week. You can also earn additional activity points but I've been lazy, got to get to it!

Girl, with your schedule I know you're busy..wow! If you're tracking cals you're already tracking. The app is really good when you're on the road so I use that and on the WW thread (in Other Plans) another poster gave a link to a lot of restaurants that's good too. So it works when you're on the go..which you are! It's a 3-mth special now...

Oh and yes, fruit and veggies are free..

Hey Gracie. You are one busy lady. I remember they used to say that one point was roughly 50 calories. It's prob different since they restructured the plan, but you can def figure it out with free online calculators by playing around some. WW never works for me since there is just too much freedom.

Good mornin ladies My weekend was full of football We did go to a pumpkin patch yesterday and walked through the apple orchards too. It was so pretty out yesterday. Then we came home and watched the Steeler game I made sauerkraut, pork, kielbasa, hot dogs all in the crock pot. Then we boiled some corn on the cob and made mashed potatoes. We ate dinner at half-time Bernice has visited 3X already today - probably from the sauerkraut I didn't weigh this morning because I knew I was puffy so I'll weigh tomorrow. Today I'm IF'ing until dinner and then I'll keep it light. I'm really trying not to stress anymore over my weight. I need to be nice to myself

Shari ~ What happened to your Ravens??? That was a great game. Not that I was rooting for Philly or anything Now we're tied at 1-1

Hope everyone gets through Monday!

Good morning! It's chilly and rainy here today. Looks like fall is defiitely here. I already miss summer Yesterday was good eating wise. I IF'd until about 4:00 pm and had a protein bar and then a normal dinner. I had sauerkraut, one hot dog, about 2 ounces of pork roast, and 2 ounces of kielbasa. Then I had another protein bar for dessert. My calories were still under a 1000 and I was content. I'm still thinking about JUDDD but I'm skeered of the DDs I have trouble keeping it so low. I also need to get back to some type of exercise - I'm so lazy lately! Maybe I'll start with some Callanetics today and hopefully that will spark my exercise gene again!

How is everyone else doing?

Good Morning Beautiful!!

You did good yesterday! I hope you find what you want to do. I was in your shoes for a while. Then I tried P2 and with my near passing out experience and jitters came my decision to do JUDDD. It's sooooooooooooooooo much easier (for me) than any of the other diets I have tried. I also have given up on trying to lose so much weight in a weeks time!

Good luck! Have a fantastic Tuesday

Boy do I know where you are coming from! Hcg definitely messes with our perception of weight loss. I want to lose 10 lbs. a week and get it over with! I'm fine at the weight I'm at right now, but I get a little depressed because I felt better about 10 lbs. lighter. I need to just be happy with myself and keep working on it.

Thanks Deb! I do like JUDDD a lot once I get in the groove. I've been pondering the WW PP too because I've been reading a lot of success stories and they are seriously eating what seems like a lot of food to me. I just don't want to spend the $$$ on joining Between DD's gymnastics, band, cheering - DS's football, going out with his friends - I am broke!

oh I KNOW!!!.. that is so true!!.. Love the WW PP though!

When I was an online member, I printed off everything I could, and found a spreadsheet that figures the points and basically does everything the online tracker does, for FREE.. however, I think it is important to at least do a month of online tracking to know how everything works, or go to a few meetings. That does cost $$ and time however.

I feel you! I am "ok" now but I would feel a whole heck-of-a-lot better if I lost 10

GOOD LUCK IN WHATEVER PLAN YOU DECIDE....Once you start, you will rock it!

Morning Gracie!

Yea I am not officially doing WWPP... I am doing it the free way. I just want to gage how I am losing so I can gage if I want to join or not. I want to eventually join. Just for support and different ideas.
