Jan ~ I am so sorry about your mom I knew she was battling cancer for quite a while. I totally understand about gaining the weight - I'm a stress eater too Your mom will be watching over you giving you the strength to get those pounds back off. BTW, what did you think about the Olympics? I thought Jordyn was scored too low on both the floor exercise and balance beam. I've never been of a fan of "judged" sports. It can be totally fixed. I thought she got totally screwed!

She was crying (Jordyn) and I was crying......talk about emotions in the house last night. My hubby thought me and my daughter was crazy. lol. She is the world champ and I think they scored her low on purpose.

Glad you had a blast!!!!! I just finished my Omaha round 1 and went from 201 to 182 in 21 days. NOT BAD. Now after 2 P3 days, down to 179. So OMAHA DOES WORK!.. GOOD LUCK!!!

OMG I totally agree with you! I thought they did it on purpose too Her heel slid out of bounds and she got penalized majorly. The other girl actually had both feet out of bounds and then took like 3-4 steps!!! Her score wasn't affected as much???? I'm hoping Bela Caroli (Sp?) pitches a major FIT about it! Even the commentators were all saying how she was scored too low I actually couldn't sleep last night because I felt so bad for her!!!

Wow, great job! I would love to get back to 182 and stay there! I'm going to try really, really hard to stick out a short round. The weekends at camp always get in my way

Count me in also on P2, loaded on Saturday and Sunday. Day #1 for me and had a slight headche but it went away thank God. Tomorrow will be a test for me because I am still going to my Zumba Class and I know I will sweat up a storm, will be upping my protein. Whooo Hoooo! Let's lose some serious poundage ladies!!!!

I use splenda, equal, - pretty much whatever sweetener I have. I don't do Crystal Light but I have done Powerade Zero - it helps with dehydration and electrolytes.

Okay, I broke down and weighed this morning and I was down 3.2 lbs. - then I drank coffee and Bernice visited. I weighed again and was down 5.2 lbs - WOW was I full of ***** I will only count the first weigh in though. I went to Aldi's yesterday and found the best grilled chicken nuggets. They are Fit & Active brand and they have 90 calories for 3 ounces and zero sugar. I had them both for lunch and dinner. You just pop in microwave for 2 minutes or so and VOILA they are ready I also had some of the Aldi's sweet onion salsa on my lunch portion - so yummy

Me too, I love splenda but try to cut back on it during P2. Many people say to avoid it all together on P2 because it make you stall.

Hey Gracie, wonderful release. I gainned 1.8 lbs. with my load and dropped 4 today, go figure. I am heading out to Aldi's today and will have to look for that chicken. I already have enough chicken to last me for awhile however. Went to Zumba Class and worked out for an hour, not worried about the scale. I am NOT giving up my exercise for a number on the scale, I can live with it. I figure as long as I follow the program everything will take care of itself. I use Sweetleaf 100% Natural Stevia Sweetner. Is had Fiber, Gmo free, and gluten free while on P2. I use Splenda in P3.I usually eat Simeone's Protocol foods but also add Omaha foods when I NEED them.

Well we can do this ladies!

Wow! Great loss I give you kudos for doing an hour zumba class in P2 As long as you are feeling good, that's all that matters!!! You can always add extra protein if you are starving. What is your goal weight for this round? I want to get to 180 lbs. - I would be ecstatic!

I'm going to try and watch Robin's videos every day to keep me motivated. And YES WE CAN DO THIS!!!!

Watching Robin's videos as well as other videos on Youtube of others doing the Protocol. My goal for this round however long it takes me is between the 160's and 170's. I know this is a lofty goal but I AM GOING FOR IT!!!! Sorry for the yelling!

I know you will reach your goal, we both just need to focus. I am using the drops and so far my hunger is good but we shall see as time goes on. One day at a time.

Hi peeps Yesterday went pretty well - I did eat extra protein at dinner because I was hungry. I should've still been under 800 calories. I'm feeling a lot of stress with work and kids activites so I'm trying to cope with it without eating myself into oblivion! I'm a work in progress I suppose The scale was down 2.2# this morning so I'm gonna keep on truckin' along.

Got lots to do today but will try to catch up later

Okay, so VLCD#3 and still feeling pretty good. Lunch was yummy - I had an apple, the Aldi's grilled chicken nuggets, and sweet onion salsa. It makes a really nice and filling meal. I'm going to run back to Aldi's tomorrow because they are on sale this week and I got 6 meals out of the bag for $6.79 Plus, I need something that is easy peasy so I don't have to cook I'm thinking dinner is going to be homemade meatballs out of the lean ground beef, salad, and strawberries. I hope I still have that spritzer dressing.

I'm struggling with water today - I'm only on my second bottle. Need to start pushing the H2O

Yesterday went good eating wise then last night my DD Erin started getting sick. I have been up since 4 am with my little sickie. I took her to the doctor and she has croup. She's on steroids to help with swelling and to help her breathe better. On top of that TOM showed up this morning I had lots of TOM trouble last month due to being on strong antibiotics and having a yeast infection. I should've figured TOM would come and ruin my P2 party. The scale gave me a bunch of different readings this morning too??? One was up +0.3 lbs, then down -0.8 lbs, then up +0.2 lbs. I knew I would have some type of blip up due to TOM and water retention. I may wait a few days to weigh to save my sanity I'm praying I don't get any awful TOM cravings in the next couple days. I figure if it gets unbearable I'll either make cocoa crack (P2 legal) or go buy those Dove Dark chocolate sugar free squares.

Hope everyone is doing well - I need to get some work done and hopefully get a nap in tonight. Erin just took her first dose of steroids though She's exhausted from being up all night and now the steroids are probably going to keep her awake

Oh no Gracie, for real Tom? Yuck! I hope the baby starts to feeling better also. Hey I am drinking Diet Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa for when my symptoms of craving chocolate start. It has 25 calories and no fat and 3 carbs. I am not adding the milk however just having it with hot water. Tom messes with me bad these days and being peri-menapausal doesn't help. Hang in there and get them chocolate SF thingies really quick.
