Good morning Yesterday was a good DD - around 650 calories plus I did my hour of Callanetics. Exercise makes such a huge difference in my mood too Today is an UD and I've had coffee/cream/equal and blueberry & walnut oatmeal which puts me at 237 calories. Not sure about the rest of the day though. I'm thinking chicken thighs for lunch and Dreamfields pasta and meatballs for dinner Tomorrow's DD is going to be tricky. I have to be at work by 7 am for inventory which will last for like 10+ hours I hate inventory!!! They provide donuts/bagels for breakfast and a catered lunch which is usually pasta, fried chicken, cookies, etc. I'm thinking I need to PACK lunch tomorrow I will focus on WATER and staying hydrated as it's going to be 90 degrees tomorrow. I think I'll get some Vitamin Water Zero too.

Anyhoo, lots to do today - everyone have a great day!

Congrats on exercising and having a great DD. I'm in training alllll day tomorrow and it's DD for me too, ugh. I'm packing and going to be prepared too..we can do it!

How is it Monday already??? No weighing for me today - I never weigh on Mondays anymore Today my focus is water, water, and more water. I'm also going to do my 7th hour of Callanetics for June My DS is training for a 5K race on the 4th of July so I may walk it while he runs. I've never been a runner but I can definitely power walk it.

I've been trying to watch more videos from Robin and Weightloss Apocalypse. It's making P2 seem more appealing. I would really like to get lower but I need motivation. I did so well when I had my sister's wedding - I had a goal and a bridesmaid dress to wear!!! I go on vacation July 20th and would love to be down about 10 lbs. I need something to light a fire under my @&&!!!!!

Hey peeps Busy day today! Just reporting in - did not weigh today but had a great on-plan day I also got my 7th hour of Callanetics done for June - wooo hooo! Ran to MedExpress because my eyes were still hurting and red. I have a sinus infection and DOUBLE pink-eye - UGH! I got prescription eye drops and oral Augmentin. I hope it doesn't mess with my tummy I have some work left to do then I'm going to lay down with a warm washrag on my head!!!

I'm starting to feel better I'm glad I went to MedExpress - my eyes have been hurting for a couple weeks now. They started to both get red though a couple days ago. The antibiotics seem to be doing their job

My eating has been good. I'm not super hungry and I've been trying to only eat when hungry - easier said than done!!! I still haven't weighed and don't plan on weighing for a while. I need to stop giving the scale control in my life. It can totally ruin my day. I need to start taking responsiblity for how I'm eating and not blame it on my body or scale (thanks to Robin Woodall!!!!). It's gonna be a process, but I've got the time

Take ALL the time you need Gracie it is a process that we all need to learn to live by. I am glad you are feeling somewhat better. Your poor eyes. The scale doesn't master my life and I will weigh when I weigh I am just enjoying my life right now with not stressing over weightloss mode. I will be gearing up here sometime closer to when summer is over and I am NOT stressing over weight lost or gainned, I just want to be. I do know that when I am ready to lose more I will do a round of Hcg but in the meantime I am sticking to pretty much low carbing and watching my eating.

Sounds like a great plan Maggie I've let the stupid scale ruin so many of my days It's insanity!!! Low carbing is great for you and hcg will always be there when you're ready. Have a great day Maggie!

Hey peeps Did good yesterday - not too hungry and just feeling blah. Still not feeling 100% but hopefully the meds are doing what they're supposed to!!! I should probably be taking some probiotics huh? Maybe I'll go buy some GY for lunch. This weekend we are going to a graduationg party on Saturday and nothing much else scheduled. It's a good weekend to get some rest

Thanks Melanie I need to hide the scale for a while I would actually be happy just weighing once a week or every two weeks. The way it can ruin my mood for the whole day is ridiculous!!! I keep telling myself it's only the Earth's pull of gravity on my body so who cares???

I think weighing once every week or even once every 2 weeks is good so many other things to talk about than just the number on the scale. I had a great time in Zumba today and sweated like a little piggy, ok like a big biggie. I cooled off in the swimming pool for 1/2 hour of swimming laps and I feel FANTABULOUS! I know it's not a word but I like it! So much more to Gracie than that number, do share.

Love it!!!! I use fantabulous all the time too Well, I just had lunch and then ran to the bank. I am taking off work tomorrow to try and get better. Staring at the computer all day does NOT help my pink eye!!! I love to swim but never seem to find the time! I must try to do this - maybe in the evenings after work. I could even bring my bubby Erin

I just realized I haven't posted here in a while My sinus infection is finally going away - the headaches were horrible!!! My eyes are much better too. Tomorrow is a huge deal in my little hometown - we will start the day with my DS running the 5K race, then the parade, then a cook-out/swim party, and finally fireworks!!! It's always nice to see old friends and family!

My eating has been pretty good. I didn't weigh for like 10 days and then I jumped on this morning and I'm at 190.4 lbs. Not too bad. I'm reallyl liking the no-scale thing. It lets me focus on other things like exercise and eating well. If I can't base it on the number on the scale, I have to base it on other things. I'm sure I was lower before Saturday too. We went to a graduation party and I had some light beers and some yummy treats. Plus, TOM is due at any minute. So I may have a couple pounds of water retention. I'll just keep plugging along. I'm not really following any said plan right now. Just trying my best to eat to my hunger and stay away from sugar and other crappy stuff.

Sounds like an excellent plan to me! hearing how you are just being and not allowing that number on the scale to dictate to you what kind of day to have. I decided to just post the amount of weight I would like to lose and then the number of pounds I have lost instead. I will probably do like you and post when I want my actual weight if I feel like it. I had a great time on vacation and did eat some foods I have been avoiding and am in no hurry to jump on that thing that gives me a number because I will not let it ruin my attitude and vacation I just had. If it is up, it is what it is and I will have to work harder to bring it back down if that is what I want to accomplish. I am just looking forward to getting back to Zumba tomorrow and doing some laps in the pool tomorrow and hubby getting back to work and myself getting back to my routine. Keep working at what works best for you Gracie and everything will work out.

Hey Gracie, good going with not weighing daily. I too have done the same as it was becoming too much of a focus and setting the mood for the whole day. Glad to see you're feeling better.
