I guess I should introduce myself first! My name Selena (my nickname is Wallie) & I'm 19. I decided to lose weight when I got on the scale and noticed that it said 292! I thought to myself "ahhhh that can't be right there is something wrong with this scale & my clothes are shrinking!". But I really did weigh that much and my clothes weren't shrinking, I was growing. So I just started exercising and I lost 10 lbs, I started eating healthy and I lost 20 more lbs and before I knew it was at 244 lbs. 48 lbs lost in almost 4 months.

I walk/jog for 30 mins to an hour and I eat between 1800 & 2000 calories (depending on how much I exercised) and this has been working for me so far. I've been stuck at 244 for almost 2 weeks and it's super frustrating but I'm not gonna let it bother me, I'm just gonna switch up my diet and hope for the best.

awesome! If you get stuck, remember that as your body weight decreases, your body requires less calories overall, so a caloric goal that once allowed weight loss may now be your caloric goal for maintenance!
