Hey all
I've been on so many diet forums that I almost feel like a "Troll", Ha!
I'm a 19 year old girly who understands the importance of diet for reaching a new quality of health spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally

After lots of dietary experiments I've found that low carb is what calls out to me the most. I'm looking to lose 20 pounds and also calm anxiety and depression that I feel could have to do with hormone imbalances (affected by my sugar addiction) and candida.

Let's list that out
-Reach 120lbs
-Balance hormones
-Help mental health/anxiety and depression
-stabilize blood sugar and rid candida
-clear acne
-have energy to want to do things and meet people with!

For breakfast I had a whole lot of grass fed ground beef simply in lettuce with seasoning as a kin of 'wrap', with the leftover broth on the side

Been up all night with a really odd cold/flu thing, so technically that 'breakfast' was at 1AM! and my lunch was at 8AM! Just had the leftovers of meat for lunch. I'm really full and not expecting to be hungry the rest of the day, it could be because of this sickness, although I find that when I take carbs out I tend to lose my appetite in the first few weeks. it's... so shocking, ME, losing an APPETITE, finding it HARD to EAT?! Unheard of!!! But so welcomed, lol.
