Great progress! I incorporate some of the Callanetics exercises into my weight lifting and love them!

I am still not able to perform as many sessions as I did before I went back to work. Soon I will have completed 100 hours.
I am maintaining my loss of 25 inches (believe me, I am checking every 3 days). I checked the scales this morning and I have lost another 3 lbs. Total lbs lost since February is 15. Still not where I want to be, but I will accept it. I think that since I have my hormones back in balance, the weight is slowly starting to leave. I am fighting a bad cold at the moment but will try to do another session tonight.

I have had a bad cold for the last 2 weeks.
Every time I tried to exercise I would start coughing. Only completed 4 hours of Callanetics for June. Luckily, I am maintaining the 25 inches that I have lost previously. I will do better in July. |

I have performed 3 hours of Callanetics Evolution so far for July. I plan to do another session tonight.
Maintaining my inches lost. I had 1 session of strength training. I overdid it and hurt my left bicep. I have not done any strength training for at least 1 month. I started the session with the 10 lb weights & probably should have used lower weights. My left arm was in severe pain for 3 days. Still using the progesterone cream. It has worked wonders for me. |

Purchased Super Callanetics about 1 week ago.
It just arrived today. All I can say is "wow". These exercises kicked me big time. I had to quit after the 6 hip & behind exercises. I was exhausted. I got to the open & close and had to stop. I will try again in a couple of days. 95 total hours completed. |

August is always a busy month for me with back-to-school and such.
There are never enough hours in the day. I have only completed 3 sessions of Super Callanetics so far this month. I hope to do another session tonight. Luckily, I am maintaining my loss. |

It's the middle of September already....how depressing.
I have been working exclusively with Super Callanetics for a while. Not completing as many sessions as I would like. The sessions exhaust me. These exercises are not for the beginner. On the average, I have only been doing 1 session per week since June. (I know I need to do better.) I started taking CLA capsules last week. I plan to include coconut-oil capsules sometime this week (when they arrive). I tried the actual oil and it made me gag. (ugh) I am thankful that I am maintaining my prior loss. Still am not losing the weight that I would like to.... I think that I will try a session of Evolution tonight. (Those standing leg lifts are killers if you don't do them regularly.) 1 year anniversary of starting Callanetics is coming up soon. |

It has been roughly 1 year since I started Callanetics.
In that year, I have completed 100 hours and have lost over 29 inches. I feel better than I did 20 years ago. My knees no longer ache all the time and when they start up, I just do a session of Callanetics and they feel better. My 12/14 clothes are getting baggy on me, but I will wait before I buy more. I have been taking coconut-oil supplements for about the last two weeks. I have not seen any noticeable results yet, but I will give it a little more time. I take so many supplements right now that I rattle when I walk. HA HA Am having TOM problems again. I wish the final end would come soon. I started taking M-A-C-A supplements, red clover and increased the progest cream. I cannot seem to get my hormones correctly balanced. I refuse to take synthetic hormones. The closest hormonal GYN is 60 miles away & my insurance won't cover it. My family is healthy. MY DH loves me. (we just celebrated our 30th anniversary) Life is good. I finally received my test results from the lab work that was performed 1 month ago.
I am jumping for joy at the good news. ![]() Cholesterol (total) 126 Triglycerides 117 Glucose 90 A1c 6.1 One year ago they were: 198, 176, 135, 6.4 Three years ago they were: 185, 378, 145, 7.2 My LDL has always been okay but my HDL has always been too low. This time, both are good. I feel better today and I have Callanetics to thank for this change. Maybe I can be taken off my meds on my next visit. ![]() |

Well, I haven't been around for awhile. And...I had temporarily stopped doing Callanetics.
They doubled by workload @ work and I was having trouble adjusting to the time change. I am trying to get back on schedule. I started up the Callanetics again with Evo and boy where my legs and gluteus sore for 2 days. I always feel so much better when I have done my Callanetics. I will do another session tonight. Luckily, I have not lost any progress that was made. I am wearing boots for the first time in many years thanks to Callan. My calves have slimmed down enough to wear them. |

Wow...it's 2013 already.
I have not been performing as many Callanetic sessions as I should. I am still maintaining my prior loss. I am only performing about 1 session per week average. I switch off between 10/10, Evolution and Super. My menopause problems are all gone (at least I hope so). No TOM for 4 months now. |
