You'll get there Monica! Headed to work out in about an hour. Still sore from Saturday, may have to cut back on the weight machine pulse. Think I went up too much on intensity too fast. Last week was my first 3 time a week (plus bike) workout. It's my all or nothing personality

I think somewhere on Sunday I must have gotten glutened! Yesterday I thought I just had a tummy issue, but today I am in a FOG and can hardly keep my head up in additon to the TUMMY issue! GRRRRR

Well I thought I had been glutened, I felt like crap all day but I think I have some sort bug. My body aches and my stomach hurts and I am very tired . My calories have been low but not DD low. I noticed when I was hungry my stomach hurt worse . Over lunch I had DH take me somewhere where I could just nap for a bit. So not like me ! Hope to feel better tomorrow

Manage through yesterday. DD calories were a bit higher, like 900 as when my tummy got and stayed empty, the pain was much much worse. Not sure what I had, or Have. I don't think it is gluten related, but who knows.

Today is going to be a good up day! We are having wings tonight per son's request. He loves them so. I think they ok but it will be nice for a change.

I'm back to ALMOST normal! I am still tired, went to bed last night at 7:00 read and I believe I was asleep by 7:45. DH said he walked in and all the lights were blazing and I was OUT! I slept straight on till alarm went off at 4:50! I should be almost caught up on sleep, right???

Yesterday was a great food day. Mid-afternoon I felt something lift and it was like I was back to my old self. Calories were too high, but good yesterday. My appetite was back. Today's a DD and I held off breakfast till 10:15 a.m., that's a good start!!!!!

So far the DD is going well! Now if I can just make it through DINNER!

Forgot to mention, tomorrow is DATE NIGHT over night with hubby. Our sitter from the summer was available for a sleepover so I jumped at it. We are going to the Country Club Plaza area in KC, eating at Capital Grill and spend the night at Sheraton's. I think my parents are meeting us for dinner. There will be wine and talking, laughing and FOOD! Then back to the hotel for WHATEVER COMES TO MIND !

Yesterday was a GREAT DD! I got in right at 600c. I weighed in this a.m. and I was exactly the same, 170.2. OH so close, but so very far away from the next decade. In the back of my mind I have decided to try to maintain till after Labor day weekend. Come back and really hit it hard to lose those last 10-12 pounds. My birthday is 09/05. After the long weekend for labor day, I will probably switch my rotation around so my birthday is actually a DD! Not the best plan but I am doubting my ability to be gone all that weekend through Tuesday and actually have a decent DD! I know others can, I just don't seem to have that same DRIVE!

DH and I enjoyed Friday night. It was fun, dinner and then we walked around the Plaza. It was all great!

Saturday was supposed to be a DD. I was STARVED from the moment I woke. Not a good sign. I ate a larger type breakfast. That seemed to help. Our family volunteered to serve at LINK which is our towns nutrition kitchen for the homeless. From 12 - 2, I did nothing but work with, smell and serve FOOD! When we left, I was almost besides myself with HUNGER! Not a good combo. Saturday ended up a Mid-day and Sunday my Up Day. Today will be a good DD and I hope to keep it under 600c!

Next weekend will be 4 days of not counting anything. We are heading to ST Louis and I will start with a SOLID DD on Friday, but after that, I am sure Sunday and Tuesday won't be DD's. I think I will just come back to work on Wednesday the 5th and do my DD thus switching my rotation around. After Labor Day weekend, I plan to really hit things hard. I have gotten too relaxed with this all. I have very successfully maintained, but that is NOT my goal. I want 12 more pounds gone, so starting 09/05 (my birthday) I will start focusing on making that happen! I gave my body a weight loss break, now it's time to get serious again!

You know Izzy, it could be. I don't know. I cycle, but I don't bleed anymore so honestly I have lost track. I don't think so, as I don't have any of the other signs but who knows. It may have just been the day! Yesterday and today have been really good! Thanks for reading girl!

Ended up taking my son to the ER yesterday. He sprained his knee. He has crutches and immobilizer now. Yesterday didn't go as planned was at ER way too long and got beyond hungry. That DD ended up closer to 1000c. This week I will weigh in on Wednesday and I am just hoping to MAINTAIN!!!!

Izzy, he sees the ortho DR on Tuesday. Having crutches isn't near as cool as he thought they would be. I think now everything is sore. The knee, arms, arm pit, hands, YOU NAME IT! He was terribly frustrated this morning. I gave him 2 advil and hope it helped some!

Yesterday was a good Up day for me. Food was odd, but all within my numbers!

Izzy, you are so right, that is exactly the frustration my son is having right now. He just feels helpless and sore all the time!

Yesterday's DD was good. Just over 600c. Hoping for an "in control" up day and a really good DD tomorrow. The long weekend will be food filled and I am sure rotations will be tossed out the window!

Thanks izzy!

Yesterday was a high up day. I made the desserts for the weekend and I sampled them too! My goal for today is a nice solid Down Day and then no counting anything for 4 days. We are going away for a fun weekend and I simply won't focus on each and every calorie. Wednesday I will jump back in with a solid Down Day! That's the plan. Moderation this weekend will be my focus!

Have fun!!!! When I go off plan I usually have one meal/maybe cocktail out and a couple of low carb snacks. Keeps me in the maintenance lane. Next day I try to eat low carb...don't always succeed. LOL

I ate like a P I G this weekend. Today will be a solid Down Day. I am in desparate need of one. It's my birthday too! So old and a DD! I didn't sleep the best last night so I do indeed feel every bit of my now 42 years!

OH RD, I had 4 Up day's in a row. Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday....I think I have celebrated enough! I can manipulate it to fit what happens, but after all those up days, I am honestly really ready for this down day. Here at work they couldn't do the birthday lunch today anyway....so tomorrow works even better for that too!
