Blonde - we had some salad fixings, but nothing I was interested in. KWIM? I get OD'd on salads. I sometimes have to take a break.

OHCMB - I agree. If only I had known about JUDDD back then. He is doing so well. I need to find out his goal. I wouldn't want him much under 180 pounds. He is taller than me, so probably around 5'10" and still growing. Poor kid is just big. Size 12 feet that he still hasn't grown into!

My DD ended up high. 1000c, *sigh* I was hungry and never did really get rid of it. I am thinking it is PMS, but not sure. I don't bleed anymore, but still cycle, so one doesn't ever really know. Such is. Tomorrow's DD will be better.

Oh that's really interesting. I've been period-free for 3 years and yet I still feel like I get PMS! I thought I was imagining it....

1000 calories is high for a down day but still low in the great scheme of things.

I'm trying a DD today to get control after yesterday's binge. I'm using glucomannan powder to thicken up some chicken broth this morning. I'll more than likely have a salad with chicken for dinner tonight.

It's FRIDAY EVE! I am ready for the week to be done. Thankfully DD11 games are in the evenings so I can sleep in on Saturday! I need it. Summer break kills me. I tend to stay up with the kids and yet, still get up early as normal! Doesn't work for this old gal!

I am embarrassed to say I have lost my JUDDD mojo. My DD's are closer to 1000c instead of 500/700c. I don't seem to care and if hungry , I just find something to eat!!!

I wouldn't worry too much about it Monica. It does get wearing sometimes to keep fasting EOD. And as long as you're not gaining, just use it as a break and when you feel it again, you can get back to those lower DDs.

THANKS to you all! My 2 DD's this week have both been right at 1000c. I honestly had ZERO desire to keep them lower, to try to simply work through the hunger....I just didn't want it at all. My head, not sure where it is. I would love to get 10 more pounds gone AND YET, I don't seem to want to do ANYTHING that will make it happen!

Izzy - very sound advice.

Gina - I may think on that one. Might be just what I need?!!??

LCG - I admire you so much for sticking to it and continuing with it and doing so well. I think about you when I am faltering and try to CHANNEL your good vibe! I will keep at it. Saturday should be an easy DD. I actually do better with DD's on the weekends. I'm just a mess! LOL

I appreciate all here. This helps me stay grounded. DS14 is following the rotations and doing so well. He sticks to it and never falters. Wednesday DD11 and the nanny went to DQ and he asked them to get him a small blizzard. He was saving it for later in the evening. After he ate it that evening he was like, I just looked it up and that was 700c, NEVER AGAIN! He said, don't get me wrong, it was good....but NOT 700c good! That boy, 4 months ago would have complained that I made him order a small and not a medium (or large!). Bless his heart. He is getting so wise with working the numbers! Now, can I channel you girls and him, I might get these last 10 gone!

Monica that is such a great story about your DS. I'm so happy he's found something he can live with, that's working for him. One of the best things JUDDD taught me was to recognize true hunger and know the difference between 'want' and 'need'.

1000's calories is still ultra-low and if you are doing a rotation you are still coming in under for the week. As long as you keep doing this you have no place to go but down (in weight). Congrats!

DS is doing SO well. What a gift he has now. Important for our kids to understand how to read labels and understand about calories for the sake of nutrition and getting the most bang for their buck..hunger vs want.. all of it.. He is set up for life!

Me , not sure what happened , but I'm down 3 from last week . I was higher each DD , apparently that's what I needed . Live surprises like that !!!

Enjoyed the weekend. Was outdoors a lot! It's now the work week again! BUMMER! DD's on M/W/F, not my favorite routine, but running with it anyway! I will love Saturday being an Up Day!

I think going higher, as long as it happens once in a while, shakes your body up in the same way that going lower does. I have noticed that after I have had three Up Days in a row, when I get back on rotations I seem to drop more than usual.

It's Tuesday and I am not feeling 100% I think I have some sort of virus thing going on. I am tired all the time and very achy, but no fever. Hoping I get this shook today. I was asleep by 7:00 last night! OH MY! It's and up day, hopefully that will help!
