We had a good weekend. Friday night was at home, we watched Pitch Perfect! It was cute. Probably a little inappropriate for Haven, but both kids had already watched it! OOPS! Saturday we were at a Volleyball tournament all day long. Left our house at 6:55 a.m. and didn't get home till 7:45 p.m.! Took first place, so overall a great day. Sunday we did SS/Church and then late lunch out with the Family in KC!

Saturday was a good DD! Thus far today's DD has been filled with Hunger. I am hoping when I do my workout at noon, that sends the hunger PACKING!

More Snow heading this way. They say another 10-12 inches! LOVELY! Bring it on!

Kids are out of school again today. We have at least 6+ inches of heavy wet snow and HORRIBLE wind and it's still falling. So power is out in some areas. Winter has decided that End of FEbruary is the time to SHINE! March 1st is Friday, I say, BRING ON SPRING! Food was DEAD ON yesterday, DD was around 650C

Tonight we are making homemade pizza with the kids and I need to make brownies for the Chess Clubs tournament this weekend. Mine don't do Chess club, but I know the teacher in charge and wanted to help her out. I am thinking I might make some GF brownies too! Not sure that is a SAFE or GOOD IDEA though. But, it would be YUMMY!

Wow, I hope that storm passes through soon! We're having surprisingly warm weather today so far. I'm definitely ready for spring so I can get the bike out!

Brownies sound pretty good--GF or not. Actually, anything chocolate right now would probably be a bad thing for me to get into....I probably wouldn't know when to stop!

Well my boss decided to head out and took his son and another worker with him....NEVER said ONE word to me that he was leaving / closing for the day! WTH???!!!

I had a good up day yesterday. Made brownies and ate several, but then ate less pizza to compensate. Long ago, I wouldn't have done that! Hoping for a stellar DD today. Goal under 600c. So far, I'm not horribly hungry, which is odd for me. I almost always wake up TUMMY GROWLING STARVED!

Today is T's first day back at school since surgery. With the snow days and his field trip, he is just now getting back! I think he is excited to see everyone and GET OUT of the HOUSE! He is still in shorts because of where jeans rub his incision. HOpefully he wasn't too could outside waiting for the bus! Thankfully it is 30* here!

Haven has volleyball practice tonight. We have church too, but I'm thinking I will skip. DH offered to take T and he and him just go! Not sure how early Haven will get home to see if we could make it to church......hmmmm we will have to see.

Busy lady! Sounds awful cold to be wearing shorts, but pain is pain. I'm such a wimp anymore about the cold though. I remember in Jr High back there, when it hit 40 degrees we went from winter coat to windbreaker - woo hoo! Now 40 degrees and I'm an icicle! AZ will do that to you!

LCG - that is SOOO true. Actually, we shed the coats if it is sunny and in the 30's now! Our blood is thicker I guess through the winter! He is actually very hot natured so he doesn't mind much at all!

Well work stress and LIFE stress, I ate a brownie yesterday on my DD. Took my day from 600c to 750c! You know, I stopped at 1 and counted it. I think I will call that a WIN! Haven was back at the Take Care Clinic, bladder infection. 2013 has not been a kind HEALTH year for my children. I don't like that one little bit.

Also yesterday (work) discovered a driver missing, once we tracked him down and located the truck, he was Dead! Known the guy and his family for over 15 years. I deserved that brownie. Really a sad way to go! Praying for his family. He was in his upper 50's, wife and 2 children in their 20's. I think his daughter just got married last year! SAD!

Busy up day for us today. Dental appointments, pitching lessons, Middle School basketball game ... all from 4:30 - 7:30! we will be here-there-everywhere!!!!!

All I care about is DINNER!

It's FRIDAY! TGIF!!!!!!!!! Bring on the weekend.

Yesterday's Up day was definitely UP! Going to reign it in for today's DD! Get back into check! Relaxing weekend ahead. No really hard core plans! LOVE IT! Want to watch a movie tonight with the kids, clean house, laundry, grocery shop, DH and I have massages tomorrow, T has his valentine "date" with Aimee (postponed due to surgery). Should be really nice! Love weekends where we don't have to BE everywhere at once! They don't happen often for us!

Food was pretty good this weekend. My DD's on Friday and yesterday could have been lower, I seem to have lost my DESIRE to keep them really low and in weight loss mode. I'm maintaining, but that of coarse, isn't really what I want to be doing.

I always do this. Mess myself up. I was 2 POUNDS from goal and I couldn't agree that it was right. STUPID ME! 166 is better than where I am now. I don't think the 150's are going to ever be in the cards for me! I can't ever be HAPPY where I am, seem to always want to be lower no matter what!

This is my girls weekend week. Thursday is a DD, not sure how DOWN that will remain. I will do well till I get out to San Diego. Meeting 2 of my BFF"s there. Friday and Saturday will BOTH be up days. Goal is to try to make Sunday a DD. Not sure how that will go. Time will tell. WE lose an hour this weekend too! BUMMER!

Add me to the list of not eating as I should. Yesterday my calories were closer to 2200 than 1900c I am supposed to have. Honestly, I am just out of it! Not sure my deal. I blah blah blah about how I want to be in the 150's and yet, I can't even stay the coarse to get back in the 160's! I am changing my signature weight right now!! I'm am MESS!!! It doesn't help that Dennis is stating, YOU look great as you are. BLAH BLAH BLAH!

I did it, it's done! Signature weight has been adjusted. EPIC FAILURE is how I feel and yet, I keep sabataging myself!!

I know in reality, it is only 5.2 pounds, but it is 5.2 that is one and I appear to have ZERO desire to do what is necessary to get it gone!!!!!!! Not sure where my head is.

Monica! That took guts to change your sig weight. It's symbolic, and maybe the first step in your mind getting ready to BE ready to work on it.

I'm sure to DO look good the way you are! Recent pictures you've posted bear that out. This may just be winter hibernation stuff, and with warmer weather, you may find you're magically ready to control better again. Hang in there!

Yesterday was a good DD. It was right at 550c! Felt good to stay focused and NOT lose control!

Today, my small goal will be, controlled UP Day and no CHIPS! Chips seem to be my downfall!

Chips are one of my downfalls too--I had my favorite kind yesterday, and when I finished the serving, I thought "Wow, that was good....and for once, I don't feel like I need any more!" It's HARD for ME to be satisfied with just ONE serving of chips!
