Izzy, that's a NO! I can't even remember what he was trying to convince me of, but I totally VETO'D it!

Lisa, I didn't get everything done, but I got a LOT done! I made 4 batches of cookies last night....and I only licked my fingers a couple of times. SUCCESS! So, this morning with my EGGS, I had a BIG OLE COOKIE! Yep, I sure did. I love JUDDD!!!

I am up 2 pounds but considering all the up days I have had lately, I am very pleased with that. I plan to make tomorrow a DD, even if it KILLS me! And kill me, it might! My son's birthday party is tomorrow night. Thankfully, everything he is having has GLUTEN so it's a NONISSUE for me! BONUS

Cookies! Yum! I'm making cookies tomorrow morning with Joe's sisters and mom--they told me to bring a container to bring some home, so I'm sure Joe will send me there with a BIG container! haha!

We survived the PARTY weekend!!!!!! T's birthday party went well. The boys literally played Xbox ALL NIGHT LONG! T didn't go to sleep until 11:00 a.m. Saturday morning and then he slept till 5:00 p.m. and went to his work Christmas party! I got my pedicure for the cruise. I now have red and green toes with a snow flake on my big toe! LOVE IT! Yesterday was Christmas with Dennis' family. We are all but done with Christmas. We will exchange gifts with the kids on Friday night. Then we will start prepping for our TRIP!!!!!!!!


That being said, my eating was OOC all weekend. Out of CONTROL! Today, is still and up day, but a managed one. My goal is to have a DD Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday!

Hi Monica! I think my eating has been a little OOC too--for the past week I haven't tracked at all, and now I'm finding it hard to get back into it. Thankfully, I haven't gained any, but I haven't lost any either.....I sure have this maintenance thing down pat. (too early though!)

I bet you're getting SO pumped for your trip! I am too, for you!

Haven and I headed into KC last night. I needed to pick up my wedding rind and another ring that had work done on them. Then we went to Kohls and Justice (HELL is what Justice is ) Then she wanted Chipotle. It was a DD for me, so, I didn't order anything I sat and watched her eat. I ate a few chips, that is all!

TODAY I WILL EAT! It's my boss' birthday so we will order in lunch. MAYBE I will get lucky and he will want Chipotle! Who knows! Tonight is the last mid-week service for advent at church. If I go, there is soup for dinner there. Haven't decided if I will go!

Well I did it. I successfully managed a full on DD! I was at around 680c at the end of the day. It went way better than I expected. Today will be a CONTROLED UP DAY. That's something I haven't had in a long time either.

Well, I survived yesterday AND kept my calories where I needed them VICTORY!!!!!!!!! Today's is a DD and I am STARVED!! Trying to hold off eating till 9:30 a.m. We will see, right now I could eat my DESK!

Woohoo! So how'd ya do yesterday--is your desk still intact?

Desk is intact! ALthough it was starting to look very tastey! I ended up around 800c. My bloodsugar was having issues. I ended up having to eat a protein granola bar to get it up and stable. Very necessary! Then for dinner I ate a big plate of steamed brocolli and a boiled egg!

Ooh, that steamed broccoli sounds pretty good--I'm trying to get more veggies in this time around, because when I wasn't watching the carbs I think the only veggies I was getting was french fries.

I hear you girl. Another thing we want to have again is ROASTED CAULIFLOWER! We love it but had it so often we burnt out on it. I think it is time to have it again!
