Hi Monica! How did yesterday's DD fair for you?? Are you ever going to rotate back? I kinda miss having the same DD as you.

OH give me time girl, my rotations change! LIFE HAPPENS!!!!! My DD yesterday was rough. I kept having blood sugar issues and Orange Leaf was having a $3 all you could fit in a bowl FROYO sale. I ended the day around 950c. WAY TOO HIGH, so it went from a DD to MD! I guess there should be no surprise to me if next week I don't make it into the 160's!

It is birthday party weekend here. Haven turns 11 on October 11th! She is having 8 friends over to have fun and sleep over. She went with a Halloween theme so we are decorating pumpkins, wrapping all as mummies....eating pizza, cake, ice cream, chips!! I am eating low throughout the day and leaving 1000c for tonight! Haven is so excited, my goal, SURVIVE!!!!!!!

Sounds like fabulous fun, your daugher is 11 once enjoy! I'm sure you'll do fine with the food, you have 1000 calories! I couldn't stay on plan if i had to cook for a family and had all the goodies in the house all of the time. Sending respect kudos to all moms out there losing weight!!!

We survived the weekend. Friday night was awesome. The girls did GREAT. They didn't exactly go to sleep when we said, but they were pretty quiet. I think all were finally asleep by 3:30 a.m. It worked perfectly. They ate their pizza and such, then we carved pumpkins, made mummies out of all the girls (with TP), we ate cake/ice cream and then, they wanted to look at all the pictures we had taken that night! Thankfully we take a ton of pictures and they LOVED watching the pictures on the TV! LOVED IT! That all took till 10:30 p.m. then we rented a movie off Amazon. They got really quiet for the movie....till it was done at midnight! Everyone was gone by 10:00 a.m. I then took Haven shopping and she spent her gift cards and we got her some much needed pants. We got home at 1:00 and she ate lunch and was in her bed napping by 2:45. She slept 3 full hours!
Yesterday we had the family over. It was great. We had a late lunch, then presents and cake. (thankfully we had leftover cake from Friday, so we finished that all up!) Last night DH and I sat out by the fire pit in the back yard and again, I was in bed asleep by 8:30! I guess I am getting too old to party!

Yesterday's DD was almost effortless. It came in at 495c. That is super low for me! It went really well and I felt great all day long. I was very busy, I am sure that helped!

Woohoo! Way to go, Monica!! I agree that keeping busy really does help! DD's during the week come easier for me because half the day I'm at work and usually not thinking about food.

I had a perfect DD yesterday although I went to bed hungry. Alas, weigh in day today, STAYED THE SAME! Again, I guess I have maintenance down PAT! too bad I would love to lose 13 more pounds! NO whoosh for me this week. I believe I can state now, I am stalled!

Lisa, I tend to stick with things. I have tried to lower my DD calories but for me, that is really tough to do.

Yesterday's up day was good. Today, I am HUNGRY. I am already eating my cottage cheese/strawberries and it is only 9:30~

Sending weekend hugs and luv!!! I'm starting classes on Tuesday, I met the teacher and advisor today. They are so warm and nice. I already love the place!

I seem to have deviated from my coarse. I didn't have a full on binge weekend, but I wasn't exactly on plan either. Today I am trying to refocus and get more to the basics. Eating more easily measured foods/calories and going to stick with 1850c. TOmorrow the goal will be 500c!

Yesterday went pretty well. Today I can feel my blood sugar isn't so stable. I have already had 355c hoping to hold off the rest till Dinner. We will see how that goes. I think my mid-day walk sometimes doesn't help things! Oh well, I prefer getting in 5 miles a say, even if I have to eat a little more!

I've been relaxing a bit too much on my exercise....Not sure why I stop for days on end, when I obviously feel sooooo much better after getting in some cardio first thing in the morning. grr.

How'd today go?

Life has been insanely busy. Work exploded and home stuff has just been insane. I think if I can survive this week...I will make it.

Food has been good. Staying within my limits. My mood have been CRAP so I won't weigh. No need to take the chance my mood could actually get worse. I swore the scale would NOT EVER have that control over me anymore. Next week will be BETTER!

It's a down day today. Thus far, it is pretty good. I am so busy I don't really have time to think about it. I love that part!

Yesterday was a perfect DD. Right at 500c and I didn't feel like I could eat my desk all day at work! WIN WIN! It's a up day today and I get off work early. LOVE IT. TOnight is pizza and wine with my hubby!

No, it is a school that is basically scamming for the grants from the govt through unemployment. They get paid as soon as we show up. No body there really cares. I'll just learn what I can on my own and hopefully the clinicals will be good. We practiced drawing blood on a dummy arm this morning and they were running low on supplies. The copier toner is out also. Shouldn't 5000.00 for 3 months of school cover lab supplies? No body wants to rock the boat until we get jobs. They will be used as references I guess. We don't want to be punished in class. You can bet we are giving internet reviews after we are out of there. But then I didn't read any, I trusted my job counselor that recommended it from the career center. It is what it is and I just have to make the best of it.
Just tried to look up reviews on the school. they are not listed in the yellow pages where you can review them. They are probably staying off websites that enable reviews...
