Did someone say chocolate

I stopped the wellbutrin for a couple of weeks and lost all my coping ability. My problems seemed insurmountable and had dark thoughts on the easy way out.

Ten days in and doing good except I am beginning to feel anxious and impatient. I don't really know what to make of this, but I do know it always happens after I do well for a while

I am feeling really unmotivated and depressed today. I am back up to 150, and have exercised and stayed on plan. I have to be really careful today.

Jeanie, get out and go for a good walk ! Eat a big steak with butter on top ! Drink tons of water/tea .....and remember you can do this ! We are all here for you (hugs)

Hubby and I walked 45 minutes this morning and then I did another 40 mins of a barre3 workout, this usually helps my mood, but not today. I am really wondering if I am going to have to do lower fat LC as I am 11 days in and have only just lost a little water weight and that is it. I am having hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms,so I think my metabolism has changed since I was at goal in 2010.

I felt the same way last Friday and I made myself bundle up and go for a walk in the sunshine. It made all the difference in the world to me! And I have walked for the past three days! I also joined the January Walking Thread in the Exercise Board. I know I get the winter blues when I don't get outside. I take 1000 units of D3 daily to help.

Go outside and lift your face to the sun! (Hope it's as sunny up there as it is down here!)

I had already worked out when I posted this morning, but am feeling better now. Fix- Venti Starbucks w/lots of cream Also, today was my step up day to my full dose of wellbutrin. I hate having to take antidepressants but every time I go off of them I end up a mess.

I am going to give traditional high fat low carb another week and if no change I am going to change things up. I was looking back at my calendar from last year and see that I could easily lose about 5 lbs. in the first 2 weeks of low carb and 10+lbs. in a month.

Don't feel bad about your medication! It's a chemical imbalance that needs the meds. I was on it 15 years ago and it worked wonders for me. I still have my moments, but nothing like it used to be.

I am hanging in there Marika! The last two days I have so far been able to avoid binges-but man the nagging thoughts/cravings are there!

Have you hit PMS yet?

Jeanie- so glad to hear you did not caved!

I think I am battling PMS right now but not having any thoughts of binging yet. Maybe I will be speared this month I am more hungry and eating little more calories that I am supposed to on JUDD. I find UD more difficult then DD. Keeping my fingers crossed that I don't reach for any carbs. I know that one bite would send me into total carb binge.

WE CAN DO IT!!!!!

Me now at about 145ish.






Me at my goal weight of 130 in 2010, I'd be happy to get to 135 now,I am getting too old to keep worrying about a few pounds!
