Thanks everyone!

Something else I am working on is finding my I can live with it weight. I would rather if need be settle at a higher weight if it results in no binge behavior.

Hubby prefers me at this weight, but is supportive of whatever I do, admittedly I do care what he thinks.

We are about the same stats aren't we? I am 50 and will probably be happy to get to 130lbs, even though I was 120 forever when I was younger.

We sure are ! I started heavier than you though. I had always lived between 115-125 range. Always. But I took a nurse manager job and was STRESSED and for some reason when I am around people that are heavier, I don't mind having extra weight on me. When I am around thin people I want to be thinner.......isn't that odd ???
Anyway, I was around all middle aged women and we had drinks sometimes after work, DH was working nights, so I was home alone at night and I ballooned up ! Yikes !!

I'm 48 - 2 sons - I grandbaby "shelby"

Well, Jeanie, I got started eating supper tonight ~~ chicken Lazone and zoodles and cauliflower with the gravy over the vegs. Good right?

Had a few grapes later and a few nuts. Good right ?

Then had an Atkins bar. Good right?
Now I had 5 jalapeno poppers ~~~ JUST BECAUSE I WANTED THEM. ;/ ;/ BOOHOO !

Everything was LC , but still way too much ! Should have had a 2nd plate of supper and skipped the snacks.

Going to bed in a bit. Hope the scale is nice to me tomorrow !

I was down a smidge today. I am so happy to be back in the 130's.

You eat a nice variety of food. I need to branch out and start enjoying more things. I tend to eat meat, an occasional egg and protein shakes. I am trying to take advantage of some of the local farmers markets lately for fresh veggies. I like the Atkins bars, but have been known to eat several at once, even though I know I will have some wicked gas pains!

Same here ! Have had a couple of days where I ate everything in sight, tummy problems followed of course. But, back on the wagon, want to get this weight off and stop stalling myself ;/

Thanks Marika. I am feeling very optimistic about reaching my goal now. I am already planning to really up the protein breakfast on all the days coming up that will involve holiday parties and dinners.

Okay, now is where I have to dig deep and persevere, the losses are slow and I have to have faith that in time weight loss will happen, being binge free for 11 days is a positive thing!! Enjoy the freedom that comes with not obsessing about food and always dealing with the consequences of the latest carb binge.

14 days Binge Free!

Starting to take off a few pounds now that I have cut back on the salty breakfast sausage and am keeping cals in the 1200-1400 calorie level. Thanksgiving is the next challenge-looking for foods that I will enjoy while family has the traditional meal.
