Up a pound today, this seems to be the trend the last few days after seeing a new low I will bounce back up a bit, and then down even lower the next day.

Blew it today Stressed out, Dr. appt today, BP was high and had a fast pulse. Also, Dr. wants me to get some spots on my hand checked by the dermatologist. Also, debating whether I want to make a court appearance with my son tomorrow or not.

I love my family but sometimes I just wish my happiness wasn't so closely tied to theirs. I want to run, but no matter where you go there you are.

. I just told my husband the other day that I was seriously tired of waiting on everyone else! That's what I feel like sometimes....a waitress....trying to make sure everything is done and everyone is happy....and if you don't do it they look at you like "what's wrong with her!"

Today I agree totally........DH and I got mad at each other......made me want to EAT !!! But I had an atkins bar instead.........;(

WTH am I doing... just saying. I don't like me right now and am feeling horrible about knowingly risking my health eating so horribly, but feel powerless to stop it.
