Shoelattegurl's back at it!
C1D1: Im back! And ready to be back on track and accountable! I took about a month off from my WOE, gained back a few pounds and felt it let me tell you!! So Im glad to be back eating healthy, and starting losing weight again! This cycle will go from April 9 - April 25. Hoping for a 10lb loss!
Menu today: Hot Lemon water w/stevia Breakfast: Kefir smoothie w/frozen strawberries, agave nectar, handfull of baby spinach. (1 probiotic, 1 fruit) Snack: 1/2 C cottage cheese, approx 15 red seedless grapes. (2nd probiotic, 2nd fruit) Lunch: Baby spinach salad w/shredded carrots & red wine vinegar. Dinner: BBQ chicken breasts & roasted cauliflower with 2 Tblsp olive oil. YUM.

C1D2: Down 2lbs already today.
Menu today: Hot lemon water w/stevia Breakfast: Kefir smoothie w/frozen mixed berries, 1/2 C baby spinach, agave nectar. (1 probiotic, 1 fruit) Lunch: Left over BBQ chicken, baby spinach salad with red wine vinegar. Snack: 1/2 C cottage cheese, approx 20 red seedless grapes. (2nd probiotic, 2nd fruit) Dinner: 2 Grilled turkey burgers w/mustard. Roasted cauliflower w/2 Tbls olive oil. (2 servings fat) |

C1D5: TGIF! Its been a busy week, but Im still on plan! Down 5lbs today! Yipee!

(1 probiotic, 1 fruit) Lunch: 2 grilled turkey burgers w/yellow mustard, small side salad with red wine vinegar dressing. Snack: 1/2 C cottage cheese, 1 small orange. (2nd probiotic, 2nd fruit) Dinner: Im not exactly sure yet. But I need to make this a good one in order to avoid the pizza tonight at our poker party. Hmmm...time to check out some new recipes. |
