i know i started and then end up stoping on loseing this waight .
i get on the road again and again but each time i kinda fall off
and then wish i hadnt . i hold on good for awhile and then i let go
but i keep comeing back so ill get back on the road again
and see what happens .
hopefully i will stay on this road and see it to the end till i get to the
weight i want to be .

to day was good i got through the day at work with out eatting alot which is a good thing .
walked alot as allways and got home and did good with out over eatting and getting some thing to nibble on , one day down alot ore to go .
dont know if i should weigh every day or once a week i know i got to keep track guess ill see on that .

well my week has been some thing else i been doing good not eattting at work
that is alot of my problem . i know you should eat in the morning . but i cant !!!
well i can but if if i do ill eat at brake and at lunch and then eat again when i get homeand then i feel al blowed and wishing i hadnt even started eatting that morning . but this week if i do eat at work i been trying to eat some thing little ill take gogurt to work with me and that holds me over till i get home
but so far ive done good smile

i went to a birthday party on the 19th and there lots of food there and of corse a cake and there was even a camera and guess what i found pics of me and man when i looked at them man oh man i looked big and i do mean big when i seen them i was like so i gota do some thing about this i was wasnt just big i am fat fat fat . so i guess ill make them my starting pics

im doing calorie counting . and cuting back on what i eat wished i could do atkins i know it works laura and jeff has done good on it very happy for her but glenn likes his beans and potatoes to much and beens i get home later then him he has started cooking more and besides he doesnt fix as much as i do lol which is a good thing . i know i can lose the weigh this way ive done it so many times i just cant seem to keep it off i just start over eatting again and not careing about my self and ive allways said i start watching it tomarrow and as you may guess tomarrow is today . and the dco will put you on a 1200 calorie diet . and some of the ppl at work thats had the bypass tells me how much they can eat and drink so 1200 calories to them is alot lol . i know it might take some time but its like any kinda life changeing eatting habbit you gota want it and work at it .and it will come . i just gota stick to it this time .ive done it befor and i know i can do it again but this time ill make sure i eat right and walk where i didnt befor . i think the walking did the most of it last time .and come monday ill be able to eat and chew my food instead of eatting in little bites .so looking forward to that ill be able to eat some foods that i couldnt eat .ill try to put down what i ate and how much that might help me to . and try to get glenn to start walking with me to . ill weigh every day to keep myself on track but ill just put it down on here on fri that way no ups and down so maybe it will push me to do good dureing the week . and hopefully the next pics i put on here ill be some what lighter in lbs so say a little prayer for me ill need all i can get

Sweetie you are beautiful no matter your size. You do what you think is right for you, of course you know I would like it if you gave LC another chance but it's your decision in the end, I just know it worked for me...if I had to count anything it would be my downfall. hi there
i was talking to glenn and telling him i was trying to cut back on what i ate and he said yeah him to. but what gets us is the weekends . i guess more time to eat lol and going out and eatting like a pig like theres no tomarrow . but that will stop . i know i can push it and lose this weight fast but i dont really want to do it that way . i asked him about starting back walking again .i love it when we did that befor . i figure id start walking at work at lunch time i have 45 min so i can go over to the parkiing deck and walk that will be a goood thing guess ill start that tues .and then come home and walk with glenn so he can get some walking in to . and the garden time is just about here to . lots to be done around the house to . with the pool and house .
but it will all work out. just got to keep the mind set thing going .

to day i went and got my new teeth man now i can start to learn how to eat again i got a pretty a smile but my cheeks are so fat but hopefully
as i lose this weight ill be able to see my smile better .
but as i was comeing home i thought i need to try them out then i thought
im not even hungry which is a good thing for me . so i came home leaveing all them good food places behind me i came home and made a sandwage which came out good not to much cal just to think if i had stoped some where to eat
man that would have been a lot . so i think i did gooood

well had dinner and tried my best to eat light not pig out so i think i did good im full but not to where i fell over full so thats a good thing

to day was good at work well as far as eating i did goood i think
i had just the yogart had 1 for brake and 2 for lunch and 1 at around 215 to day so it wasnt to bad now i did get 2 corn bread muffins for lunch
but it wasnt for me i gave it to the birds on the way to the parking deck

well to day was a long long day and so busy ors comeing out fast but i made it and only 2 more day till the weekend oh yeah
im sticking to the plan but havent started walking yet and need to start tanning that might make me feel better and stay on track i havent over eatting and hope i dont

well i did goood all week i weighed 217 i was like yes yes . and yesterday eat at lunch and not my yogart
all man my fav. to meet balls and cake , but any ways i didnt eat alot and then went home and ate dinner and it wasnt alot either but i guess it was what i ate . i did still lose weight 1 lb but thats is 1 lb so its ok

hi there
well its been a little while sence ive been on here
and really nothing has changed
been trying to keep my eatting at work to just pudden and yogart
and its been going ok so far
havent been eatting much at home . and trying hard not to eat inbetween
meals to . drinking alot of water well ice love some ice
we did go out to eat and i did gain 2 lbs back but i did lose it
its going down little bet at a time so im ok so long as i can keep it going
down and not up

hi there
i havent been on in a long time so i but i know i need to be .
i havent lost alot of weight . but just alittle not enough to really talk about .
but still trying to keep the weight off and not adding to it which is a good thing.
i been jumping between 218 and 220 trying not to get any higher .i guess its slow going .
