Awwww...what a great day!!! .......my kids loved fish sticks, until we got a fish tank....they looked at the fish sticks, then the tank, then he fish sticks.....no way they said. It was the day they made a the connection. They all eat meat though....youngest DS doesn't like seafood/fish....he always says it is too soggywet from being in the water! Silly boy!

No crunches today been scrubbing walls all day....where does all of this crap come from?

That's cool about the fish sticks. I can see them standing there looking at the fish happily swimming and looking down at their fish sticks. It's a good thing they did go on and eat the fish. We have not got a clue as to why she is the way she is. Did yall color eggs today?

Yea I'm still only eating meat eggs and cheese.

I too have been going up and down. I haven't seen 160 but I am shakin in my boots

Keep a stiff lip and smile is what I am constantly saying to myself. I did this several times when I was in my faster burn state. The only thing that gives me grief is how slowwwww it seems. Then pow I loss a few pounds...

Maybe we are working out too much??????
I have been told I should only walk. The muscles I use to have are almost all gone. My legs are as small as sticks. And that is not like me at all.

I got some almond milk the other day. I am going to add some calcium back to my WOE plan...I should know if it helps or hurt in a couple of weeks...

That sugar free ice cream is not the worst thing in the world that's for sure.

When summer comes, I may have to indulge. I really stick to vanilla since the goobers and chocolate covered ants tend to give me a tummy ache.

BUT we better not talk about that right now!! The challenge is on and I'll be cheering from the bleechers.

Yea we need you to keep everyone on their toes. So many new friends on the 72. Have you peeked in lately?

I feel so good and everything feels so right. I hate I ate that S/F ice cream. My stomach is crying as much as my heart because of what I did to myself.

Marylouise, you've got quite a group jumping into the challenge.

I didn't eat anymore candy than my usual piece of dark chocolate. If I indulge in one piece of low quality easter candy, I'll be eating a whole bag....such a trigger.

There are just some things I will never eat again and really, most of that stuff is not even that good but it seems to incite that hand to mouth movement.
In my case; once an addict, always an adict. I just don't want to be a practicing one.

It's okay, really. I decide what I want to keep and if it ever becomes a problem, I step back.

I've cut back on meat the past few days and my heartburn is relieved. Just had cheese on LC bread, minimal amt tomato and the lighter evening meal which I've grown to love (I hate feeling stuffed when I go to bed). And my usual high protein breakfast smoothie.

Headed to the coast today for a couple days. Hoping to have some oysters!!

I'll check up on the challengers when I get back.

Hi Kitty~ I'm doing good!!!!

I got the papers I needed to carry back to the hospital and have appt. set up for a cat scan done on my salivary gland. It has some kind of stones in it blocking the drain hole I think. He tried to do it in office. No go. Got to have it cut

Be glad when it is over. UGH!

It is grand to love ones self again.

Gosh I am sorry you feel bad. I hope you don't have the flu. For me the worse part of being sick is I always gain weight. Don't know why but I do! It's good you took day off. Need time to get well fast

I'm doing good. I was terribly depressed being stuff at the 160. Feel good today seeing my friend go down!

Rest and drink chicken broth. Fresh is best as I'm sure you know. But you may feel too bad to cook a bird. I have broth in freezer. Try to be prepared.

The freezer in our Grey Hound takes up space, but it is worth having in here.

Gosh I wish someone would hurry and buy that Tennessee HOUSE!
