Oh yea now you getting there!
Cool heart felt moving song. I love this song.
DH has even sung this song. He has the voice of an angel. Like the song by Karen Carpenter. I wonder if you bump into this one and bring it back it would add joy to this thread and to all that enter the open wide door, with the Welcome sign blinking I love songs that slow down and speed up with work outs. HEY Jean we could do something here.

Gosh Everyone who will come on in the door is open. We can come here and do our wonderful work out and log them in. If we wanted to that is. Ant wanting to put any pressure on you. I bet you have lots of excise friends already. You are too sweet to not have tons of em :-)

Oh it sounds like a very good idea to me. That is if ya'll aren't too busy.
We could say call a 30min. work out or 40min?

What you think?

The one that last a longggggggggg time will for sure get my heart pumping.

he didn't see me..he was lookin at my sister.

Jean he just got up and went to brush his teeth and he said you got me singing that song!
I have told him every time we have heard this song come on that the words were written for me to describe my love for him! This time he listened with head phones and really heard the song for the first time

Aww, so nice to hear you have such a loving husband who adores you!

Workout tonight was a Leslie Sansone dvd that alternated walking and toning segments. I used a weighted belt, and 20 pound dumbbells.

Tomorrow I will walk/run to Adele and The Climb among others!

Love Iron Butterfly! Have In A Gadda Da Vida on iTunes in one of my many custom workout mixes. Very roughly translated, it means "in the garden of eden," and the songwriter either wrote it down like that drunk, or mumbled it to his bandmates after being awake all night writing it.

The band's original guitarist quit right before this was recorded; replacement Eric Braun has only three months experience playing guitar at the time.

I did my walk/run C25k yesterday and also used Adele and The Climb felt great!

Letting dinner settle now and then plan on getting out in the fresh air and walking while listening to my music for a while, just a nice easy pace!

You girls are having way too much fun!

I do crunches every morning before I get out of bed......except for weekends when I need to get my a$$ up before the first call comes.

I still have a VCR and some great workout vids.
An '80's jazzercise (can you believe it's back?), and many others.
I really only like the dance vids though and will donate the rest.

My fave; Veena and Nina (sp) belly dance, Kathy Smith Latin Rythms then a few that I get to once in a while.

Salvation Army got a donation of maybe 1k vids. Must be from a business because many are unopened; Billy Blank, The Firm, Windsor Pilates.....then some used; Lots of Richard Simmons.
I bought Disco Sweat which is really just some fun arobics.

I love to dance and need to do more AND I'm a die hard rocker!!

When I retire to my motor home I will transfer my favs to DVD's.

Bye for now.

I remember dreaming about Paul! I loved Paul. I cooked supper for him and we got married. GOSH being young was F.U.N.

Must've been 5th. I remember everyone was talking about the Beatles being on TV...we didn't have one.

Later there was a contest held by one of the radio stations where they gave away tickets to a Beatles concert.
They pulled the name of one of our friends and my sister called in for her. She was one of those girls who really thought they were singing to her.
Funny, looking back.

There was this attitude that you had to choose between Elvis and the Beatles. We were traitors.

I like Elvis okay but he was not my top pick. Growing up around him kind of took the thrill out of spooning after him. I remember him being the reason the bowling alley was closed. And his scarie motorcycles. My cousin went to school a few years after he did. She told me the entire school was marked with him everywhere. She loved to sit under the tree he use to TRY to play his guitar and sing under. Have you ever heard any of his first records. BOY did he get better! My dad and brother had to wire his bedroom for speakers. They said he had red carpet on all of the walls for better sound!
Jem do you know ppl melt the 78s and smoke the dang things!!!!! Crazy brain dead idiots!

dreams skinny You are so sweet to tell me that.

Today I had to go to town and get food. I do it once a month. Got to tell you what happened. I needed some shorts.

I had looked at a few racks and then I saw a woman doing the same. I have to shop at walmart so you get the picture of my selections to choose from. Well we said hi and I told her I did not like the colors for this spring. She agreed. She tried to see me better. I was kind of behind a rack. She said I know where there is a pair I think will fit you. When she saw all of me she said, Yes they will fit you, you ant fat like me!. She said they would fit me because I was not fat like her. Oh my gosh. Someone said I was not fat!!!!!!!

I think I will remember that woman f.o.r.e.v.e.r........

It is so great to see you here. Reading my silly self. You know it does feel so good and so strange I can hardly keep my hands of myself.

Every morning I stretch and I do run my hands up and down my body to check and make sure I was not just dreaming. And gosh when I get hugs from my hubby and 2 sons and feel their arms go all the way around me...well it don't get any better than that!

I picked out 2 pair of shorts. One is a soft blue jean kind of shorts. The other is for Tennis players. I got them wear in my swimming pool this summer. They have short, shorts under a very cute skirt. My old legs are a dreadful sight.

I'm doing crunches to help them old legs..

dreams skinny~~ you will do it. It is doable. I know it seems so far away, but it really isn't. It just seems like a long lonely road. But it isn't. YOU have tons of friends to help you each and every step, on your road to health and loving yourself again!

I COULD NOT HAVE MADE IT WITHOUT LCF'S. MY FRIENDS ARE MY ROCK AND ITS ROCKING ON LCF!

AND YOU WILL DO THE SAME

IT IS DOABLE

Jean~

I went fishing with my two sons and enjoyed being with them and seeing the wide open sky. This Grey Hound has tiny windows and it felt wonderful being on the water. I didn't catch anything. Caught some great sun rays though. One son had not christened his boat. He took his blue marker and named his boat after his 7yr daughter. As he turned back around he said where is my cork? I don't know I was watching you. He picked up his rod and then his line got tight.
The crappie was large and frisky. He put it on the stringer. Several hours later after not even getting a bite we started getting ready to go back to the dock. I asked him if he was gona eat the fish. He thought about that for a short while and said I can't eat it. The fish got on my hook as soon as I christened the boat and it is named after my daughter. Mom would you get mad if I turned it loose. I had said I would eat it if he didn't want it.

I am so glad I was able to watch what he did next. He took his phone, made a video of himself letting the fish go free in the water. My sweet grand daughter will not eat any meat. She asked me once would I eat my dog? I tried to explain to her how I felt about that. She ant going for it at all. Not even one bite.

Jean I am great. Ate on plan.

How are you Jean? Are you and your daughters gona hide eggs tomorrow?
