I have been married to the love of my life for almost 43 y. so far. And we were babies when we met. He was 16 and I was 18. He plays music and sings. Both of our sons do the same. They can make the coolest sound. I have been flooded with love songs for almost all of my life.

I did crunches today and also two days ago. I was outside day before yesterday and I felt so good I asked my DIL and GD to do something with me. Both were like, oh I can't do that, after I showed them what I wanted them to do with me! This was after only one try. I said oh come on, yes you can. I closed my eyes and slowly started doing it, the crunches I wanted them to do with me. When I exercise, it gets me all riled up. I feel the song and the beat of the music. She had the music on and it was loud. We live way out and hardly no neighbors around to disturb. At least not too close. My DH has rocked the neighborhood a little in the past 30 or so years!

Does it do this to you? Yea I am sure it does. Ant nothing special about me.

March ?, 2011 one year ago I started LCarbin. Today, one year later, I have lost 122 pounds. I could have never said that I had a hundred too lose one year ago. Oh no, no way. I don't even know how fluffy I was. I didn't want to know. I could not of handled the knowing. It alone would have killed me. I lived in constant fear. I could not even ride a mower and cut the grass last summer. When I stopped the mower and walked into the house I thought to myself, that will be the last time I ever sat on my mower. I even thought it would be my last summer.

At least 20 years ago I had a heart attack. Not a bad one, and the moment it happened I was driving down the expressway. I had my dog and cat with me and I was driving our van. We had sold the family home and hit the road. My husband was driving this 1948 Grey Hound Bus that we are temporally living in until our house in Tennessee sells. Been in it 'this time' since October 16, 2011. I told no one what had happened to me driving to a friends after we left the house for the last time.

So I didn't die. I am here on LCF's low carbin it and having so much fun doing it I am constantly checking to see if this is real or a mean dream trying to trick me into thinking I am a new me. Looking in the mirror I look like me. When I talk I even sound the same. I am not the same. I am so different from what I had become its unreal!

If anyone wants to feel what I feel now, it is doable. It is the most doable thing I have ever done. It is not so very hard to stop putting sweet poison in your mouth and swallowing it. It is just as easy as CanadaBoy said it was. Just don't do it. Having control over your body is a very powerful emotion. One that I don't think I have ever had in my entire life on this planet. And you can have it too!

Hubby is always complaining about ho I have th music pumped up! No close neighbors here either, and the one we have never complained. we have lots of noisy stuff going on here too! Not just music! LOL took closest neighbor a year to realize DS had a practice motocross track and was using it often! Got great neighbors for he most part!

Are you wanting to mow the grass this year? Or just happy you can? LOL

Irish blood here too...probably close to half Gaelic....a lot of that Irish

I got an IPad II a bit ago, and love it! Uses Wifi. Can take it all over the house and on the porches. Hubby would never want it in bed! He is jealous of it!

So, how many crunches today? It's on girl!
