N.E.V.E.R. - E.V.E.R. THIS IS NEVER-EVER HAPPENING TO ME AGAIN!!!

David just NOW picked up a pack of hot cocoa mix, you know the poison kind!!! He said yep that will be good! HA_HA!!!

Can I tell you what is really good??

Take a mug and fill it 3/4 way up with water.
Add HWC
Add cocoa
Add Stevia sweet drops

NOW THAT IS GOOD! no IT ANT GOOD. IT IS GGGGGREAT!!!!

Denise...oh me Denise.....

A week or so back David brought home a bag of name less chips!
As soon as I saw them I grabbed the bag and ripped it open! I mean I opened them with a PASSION!
That smell that came from that BAG drove me over the edge! I grabbed several. He said wait you cant eat that. I said oh really, I cant I popped the biggest one in my mouth. He said you are going to mess up. You will shoot your sugar up!!!!! I said YOU SHOT up MY Blood Sugar bringing this into this BUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But as with that cake and banana pudding, Kitty do you remember last year? Canada Boy (ROB), gosh I miss him! Saved me from that homemade carrot cake! Well I bet you a dollar my hubby does NOT bring another bag of garbage into my sight and smell!!!!!

Those chips I ate got under my skin. BAD!!!!
I ate a few more the next time he opened the bag. All the while he was shaking his head.
I am NOT in the WAR ALONE! We have been married for 43 years!
Either he wants me fat or he wants me skinny. It is all in his HANDS!!

AND I mean this from deep with in me!

It is all or NOTHING!!!
And I will NOT go BACK!

God please help me be peaceful and calm. I can do this and do that too. Thank you God.

I found out something tonight. I fried a chicken with CO, the tasteless kind and some butter. I made is get to the stage of stickiness. I made it make sugar, in other words. And my Blood Sugar shot up so fast it almost was too fast for my heart and for me, period. I was too scared to check it. My heart started pounding and I started getting very hot.

I will never do that again. Dangerous!!!!!

Never heard of that either....hmmmmm.....

If it affects you like that, def stay away from it! I get that warm sensation from it, that's normal...but never heard it affecting bs before....

I ate a very little bit of most of the food. Did taste the cream cheese frosting. No gain nor losses.

Well I only went there a few times. Several de-friended me and I got email notice

I didnt even go see who they were.
Some family members say way too much about what goes on in their lives too. I really dont like FB that much. It is much too much of a load on my old PC....
