Hope's Journey

Felt really weird going to the store today and not worrying about the fat content, I was for sure out of my element.

What I did get was numerous cheeses, like parmesan, boursin, cream cheese. I also bought pesto which I have not had in years. I need to sit down and figure out some meals, as well as my ratios etc.

My calories are going to come in at about 1200 cals
80 F
15 - P
5 - C

So the scale was not kind this morning.

Back up to 150.

Not sure if this is the 2 day effect OR
1) added to much protein
2) too many calories

I think that it was too many calories.

I will try with low cals today. If not back to fat fasting!

In scary territory here. HCG...rougue! After only losing about 5 pounds in 13 days following strict HCG protocol I had only lost 5 pounds. And that was early on. Then nothing, and I was starving. I decided upon a fat fast.

4 days fat fasting - Lost 2.8 pounds - but pigged out and only lost the first day. Yup, I lost control for 4 days!!!

Tried to do an EFGT day but ended at around 2000 calories - and gained the 2.8 back

Today has been an egg day, with low cals. I am eager to see the results in the morning. But I was tempted to eat more fat - more like EFGT - but this fat thing is getting scary.

Strict protocol tomorrow? Not sure I can even handle that right now. Does it make sense to eat more EFGT like? Meal ideas are hard though. Oh what to do, what to do.

With only weighing in at 155, the weight is not going to pour off of you quite as fast as others. It will come off though

YAY!!!! The egg day worked!

I am back down to 147.2.

So the plan for today is as follows- close to protocol, but a touch more fat. Try to keep everything under 800 cals, so the body is still in starvation mode and using my stored excess fat! AHHHH - and Tania turns 40 next weekend and the surprise party will be like a high school reunion...come on Hope!
