godsbeloved79's Fat to Fabulous Transition

I keep asking myself why start new journals with the same mindset only to fail? Well to answer my own question, because I refuse to ever give up and I know there is a slim fabulous woman on the inside screaming to come out. So with that said I plan to do whatever it takes to get this weight off and keep it off. I won't be doing low carbs 100% but it will be incorporated in the plan I'm going to follow. I'm doing what works and what will continue to work so I can come off the roller coaster for good. So here goes again to better health and a fabulous body mind and soul.

That's good to hear Cle. I'm back on plan as of tomorrow and I think this time is going to be different because my mom is on board with me. She had to start eating healthier by force and I want to make this lifestyle transition with her.

Starting low carb over the weekend should be easier because I have more time to prepare. Even though I've done Induction over and over and over again, I still get excited and curious about the effects I get from being in ketosis. Lost of appetite is the best feeling.

So in the beginning I decided that I would do low carb/my own thing. But when I thought back on how good I felt eating the low carb way and exercising I quickly changed my mind. I'd rather reap the benefits doing it the right way. So here goes to becoming healthy and fit in 2012. No more procrastination or excuses.

I salads too but sometimes it disturbs my digestive tract. I just think some people can handle it and some cannot.

The salads sound great though. You are on your way, keep it up!

I agree, I normally eat them when I get lazy or on the run. I plan to do some cooking tonight and this weekend so I have lots of leftovers. Thanks can't wait to post during pictures and afters.
