Blah again but at least I ate better, aside from the few M&M's I had at my Mom's (OH AND a bacon cheeseburger egg roll WHOOPS). I have got to quit the 'a little bit here, a little bit there' mentality. Otherwise, I had some eggs and turkey sausage, a protein shake, tuno with mayo, and dinner is fish with zucchinni. The fish is breaded but oh well.
No work out again. I have been so tired and not sure why. I may get motivated later but maybe not. Otherwise I did go swimming today and did some leg exercises in the pool but that's it.
No weigh in today but I am still feeling like I'm UP on the scale; after this weekend (camping and float trip) gotta get serious again.
AND tomorrow night me, my mom, and my brother are going to a casino buffet!! AH! Oh well.

Oh my gosh I love buffets!!!!!! Last time I went I made myself eat a salad first, but I still ended up getting at least one piece of everything containing chocolate, haha. You are way too hard on yourself for slip-ups! My slipups typically involve MULTIPLE candybars or MULTIPLE pieces of cake... it's terrible.

The camping/river float sounds super fun! Do you guys go with friends? I got an awesome tent for my birthday this year and JUST got to try it out last weekend. I'm going to miss living next to the mountains...

Exciting news though, I just emailed our realtor so that hopefully we can look at some houses on Monday! I'm so ready to not be homeless anymore!

Not sure about weight today because I'm pretty sure I have the post-drinking dehydration weight... which means tomorrow will be terrible. But I have to say, idk if it's imagination or not, but my skin on my tummy seems to be more loose. (Disgusting, but post-baby that's how I can tell when I lose weight, haha). Hopefully it keeps up... I'm trying to do LC (somewhat unsuccessfully) and I'd like to add in workouts once things settle down. Texas is always HELL on my diet because they food is SO. DANG. GOOD!

And this casino has the BEST DESSERTS. Seriously. It's the best one around here and I can't wait! HAHA! I need to get the snacking under control though; this is what got me into trouble last time, when I also then tried JUDDD too. Too many sweets.
There is a big group of people going on this float, I think like 30? Friends of our's parents actually organize it, so it's some of their friends, some of our friends. Unlike our last float which had 10 of us going. Of course there's like hundreds more on the river. Basically it's just one big drunk fest. lol. What kind of tent did you get? BF has been wanting a new one but I refuse to get one I can't stand up in. Speaking of camping also my dad leaves for Montana at the end of August; he is a guide there 6 weeks a year for elk hunting so he will be in your neck of the woods.
Have fun house-hunting!!! Whoo hoo!!! SOOOSOSOSOOO jealous! GOD I wish we could move. We live in a small duplex we are quickly outgrowing but moving for now is out of the question. I did buy a lot a few months ago as an investment however will probably end up building on it in the future. Who knows.
YAYAYAY for loose stomach skin! I may have to defn look into the 360 a little more! I'm thinking about doing a detox next week when we get back but not sure if I'll be able to stick with it. :/

The tent is a Coleman... if you google Weathermaster 10, it looks just like that. And the first set-up was a pain, but I'm pretty sure now that I know what I'm doing I will be able to do it in like 10 minutes. Anytways, it is HUGE and def tall enough to stand up in... maybe a birthday idea for the BF! (I always need good gift ideas for the BF since he just buys what he wants, haha).

That's awesome that your dad is a hunting guide! Do you know where in MT he guides? I'm thinking Western MT since that's where most of the elk hunting takes place... you should go with him some year and camp in the MT mountains! I could give you a list of must-see's!

How awesome that you already have a lot! (Gosh you sound so grown up and mature, owning land and all, haha). I am super excited... hopefully we will have the ball rolling by Tuesday!

Still moving slowly in the right direction, hallelujah! Yesterday I FINALLY took the 360 twice, but I was def a little cracked-out. Not too bad though, so hopefully I can keep doing that... After today I will have been taking it for a week, and will prob be down about 3 pounds. I guess I can handle that

Going boating today; I love being a teacher in the summer! HAHA

have fun boating so freakin' jealous. I'm of course working and its 110 here today again. BOO!! I would love to go to Montana but of course no way I'm going with dad, oh God I would die. They pack mules and horses and ride out like two days into the wild and build their own mess halls and toilets; he has to take a satellite phone and like hike to find service even with that. HAHA I like camping but that is too much for me, especially for 6 weeks I am not sure where he goes but I will ask.
Jealous of the losing too! I think I'm probably UP again. I think I'm going to make cream cheese clouds tonight and do a fat fast for one day tomorrow. I think also I'm going to get the stuff to do my own detox wrap at home. We'll see. ALthogh I have no one to impress this weekend I would hate to prance around in a bikini feeling like a bloated mess. Ugh.
Only reason I sound grownup is because Dad guides my investments LOL. I'm like, I just want to go shopping and buy nail polish. HAha.
Today I've had zucchinni for BF, protein shake, and then lunch was some PB and some cheese. Of course tonight going to RIVER CITY yay!

HOLY COW my jeans are snug. Not happy. After tonight I've got to get it together. I am going to just do a one day fat fast tomorrow, unfortunately we are then going out of town so FF is out of the question. Then Monday, who knows? I've got to do something though.

I can't believe it's really 110 degrees there; that's IN. SANE! I guess I never thought of Illinois being one of the hot states... you're making me nervous for Texas!

Ok, 6 weeks of camping and mules and satellite phones does NOT sound like a good time; boys are so weird. Haha I was thinking like a day or two of camping and then you could go to the hot springs resort that I love, and get a massage in return for all the hard camping work you had just done, haha!

Ooh tell me more about doing the detox wrap at home! Is it comparable to the It Works stuff? You REALLY have me thinking about the wraps, esp. because I'm wondering if I try them if I could get the gap between my thighs... that would be amazing And PS, I am so jealous of the fact that you can wear a bikini!

I just realized tomorrow is the day I leave for Texas! Oh gosh I'm so excited and a little nervous at the same time... On the plus side, BF and I DEF DEF DEF need some quality time together after this hellish summer! AND I'm flying into Austin and we're going to spend our first night there; I've never been there yet so I'm excited!

LOLOLOL about shopping and nail polish!! Haha! YES!!!!! Do you guys have good shopping over there? I really don't know what I'm going to do when we get to TX and have outlet malls EVERYWHERE. That's a lie, I totally know what I'm going to do! Speaking of shopping, and new amazing beauty products that I need? Did you try the Fake-Bake? My friend saw me last week and was SUPER excited to get it, so it must look pretty natural. I'll have to ask her if she got hers yet... just realized this might be a stupid question since you obviously have lots of sun where you're at, haha!

I am also intrigued by all these Wen commercials... I hate Alyssa Milano but she SWEARS her hair is changed forever!

So sorry about snug jeans... last time I wore my skinny jeans (I was so excited I could fit them on again!) they left welts in my love handles, yuck. Haha...

360 update: Down pretty much exactly 3 pounds in the first week, and I'm only taking 1/2 the dose because I just can't handle any more. Weird thing: in the morning is usually when I feel the skinniest, and I do NOT feel skinny in the mornings on this stuff. But the scale is moving so I'll take it... I'm hoping it will keep moving with 2 weeks of traveling, which is usually what KILLLLLS me.

The Midwest is absolutely horrid. Moist humid heat is the worst. Texas is a bit dryer I think so though its hot it might not feel as hot as it is here. I am beginning to think if it's partly to blame for the water retention.
I know, my Dad IS insane. He is a Boy Scout freakazoid; has been since my brother was little; my brother is now an Eagle Scout but my dad is still involved with it. He is at the Boundary Waters this week with a bunch of teenagers. CRAZY.
The detox wrap I saw online was to use cellulite gel and Vitamin E oil and wrap yourself in Saran Wrap. I put a heating pad on then. Not sure if it did much but I at least felt better after I did it. lol. I am going to do it again tonight. I think I'm also going to add sea salt to it. I think the It Works would DEFN help on inner thighs. That's where I need it too!! AH! I need to finish planning the rest of our Memphis trip then I'm putting in an order. I balooned up to 145 this morning so I also decided to jump in and try some water pills. If I hadn't gained so much water weight so fast I wouldn't try it because I have heard the rebound can be bad but since this water weight came on so fast I'm hoping I won't experience that. I certainly FEEL so much better today. Plus I'm fat fasting so hope to see SOME drop tomorrow.
I really want to try the Wen too!! I've heard mixed reviews about it, and it is EXPENSIVE too i think. Our beauty supply here has an off brand so I've been wanting to try that instead. I have super curly hair so I think it would work really good on my hair. Shopping here is 'meh' we have high end shopping malls and the mall closest to me is just ok. No outlet malls unfortunately. Or maybe fortunately. Haha! Basically what's been popping up here are like shopping centers where each store stands alone and they are all together in one area. Of course my favorite place to go shopping at just put in an ULTA so now it is even more convenient for me to shop there! I also haven't tried the self tanner yet but I want to, you know me and my beauty crap! I've been wanting to try the new Urban Decay Naked foundation and they have a new palette too, Smoked. OOOhhh I've been loving the Milani Shadow Eyes sticks, that you can just get at CVS (I don't know if you have CVS there?) But I love those.
Have fun in Texas! A weekend getaway is exactly what you need!! When do you come back? Are you in Texas for two weeks or going somehwere else?
And good news about the 360! I'm glad one of us is having movement on the scale! (In the right direction!)

Down to 142 yayayaya!! EssentiallyFat fasting again with the addition of some chicken sausage this morning, and dinner tonight is going to be fast food, we are on our way camping, so maybe a bunless burger or a salad? IDK.

OK don't wanna weigh today or tomorrow. Aside from all the beer I drank all weekend, foodwise I was 'ok'. Until we decided to eat at the Golden Corral on the way home from camping, and it's been downhill from there. Cheetos and chocolate among other things. Tomorrow I am going to FF and maybe try another day of diruetics and then I'm going grocery shopping and buying a ton of asparagus. AND the workouts start again.

I think I'm going to try Eat Fat Get Thin. I think I am eating too much protein. I am going to have to play around with menus and such though because I have no idea how much 60 g of protein is (it seems like the usual amount most of them over there are eating) - and also how to keep my fats high? Tomorrow might be my first attempt.
Also started up my regular workout last night and I am SO sore. I only took one week off!

OK so I have read that I can account for about a 3-4 pound gain for the workout, which puts me where I was last Friday, which is helping me mentally. Regardless, I am not prepared to begin EFGT yet so I think I'm going to do an egg day tomorrow and Friday. By then I will have been to the grocery store so I will then be ready to start EFGT. So I have boiled eggs ready to go for tomorrow. I hate doing egg fasts but they really work well for me.
I did light exercise today - 50 squats, 50 pushups, and 1000 crunches. I did them in circuits of 10,10,200.
I wasn't the best diet wise today; I had a killer migraine at work so I came home; all I wanted was sugar and chocolate so I had some peanut MM's, an ice cream bar (or 2...).. For dinner I had like a vegetable broth soup. Oh an obviously the migraine subsided hence the workout. lol After sleeping ALLLL DAY LONG. OH and I also used an It Works wrap. I have pics to share if I can ever figure out how to get them from my phone to my computer. While the difference between the before and after isn't all that noticeable, you should see the difference between today (weighing in at 146) and the first wrap I did (I believe I was 137). There is something to be said for my workouts because I think if I didn't tell you the difference you would get them mixed up!

Egg fast going 'well'. I DID have a piece of cheese, some pepperonis, and some almonds. So nothing crazy. I had 2 HB eggs in the morning, 3 fried eggs with butter at lunch, and now 3 eggs, devilled for dinner. It wasn't as bad as I remembered but am going to devil a bunch of eggs for tomorrow because I think it's the most tolerable way. lol.

Last night was a wash; alcohol, and nachos. Down on the scale 3 pounds, of course dehydration. Today though has been a good day. Chicken sausage and eggs with butter, coffee and cream for BF, no lunch yet besides a home made peanut butter sandwich cookie my mom made. Of course I could not pass that up!! Dinner is going to be steaks, cabbage, meatloaf on the grill (first time trying that and really excited!) and chicken tenderloins. Of course wine. If I could give up my wine I would have no problem getting down quickly I'm sure! But I'm okay chugging along as long as I am able to keep it within reason.
Tomorrow I think I'm going to do another wrap; my cousin had awesome results doing the wraps back to back, and then I'm going to start the ThermoFit as well. Excited to see how that is! She said it gives her tons of energy. Cool.

Up one; to be expected as I drank and ate alot last night. It's allright though, I ate mostly LC with the exception of a little bit of potato salad and some chips. Today, I've had coffee/cream, steak with cabbage, and meatloaf with some pickles. The pickles have carbs (sweet) but still low. I also did another wrap. No thermofit yet. Today I planned on doing nothing but laying around and reading since BF is working today and I get the whole house to myself on this dreary day.
Monday I'm hitting it hard again.

Thanks Jessi - I'm definitely fighting an uphill battle but DO feel like I'm finally getting somewhere! I am determined to be the best shape I can get by my 30th (end of October, AAHH!!) If only I could stop drinking so much and going crazy on the weekends! So I totally understand - on vacation who wants to worry about dieting! Especially since you are travelling its not like you have kitchen where you can just cook up mashed cauli anytime you want. lol.

I need to get back to keeping track of my food so I can tell where I'm going wrong.
So yesterday:
B - protein shake made with about 1 oz HWC (plus water too of course); 2 hardboiled eggs; mini banana; peanut butter (hearty spoonful, probably 1.5 tbsp or so)
L - leftover meatloaf; cabbage
D - ribeye; iceberg wedge with blue cheese dressing and bacon bits
S - blueberry goat cheese (OMG SO GOOD!)

Today:
B- protein shake with HWC; 2 eggs; 4 pieces chicken sausage (cooked with butter!)
L - not so good - cabbage; broccoli dipped in blue cheese dressing; 1.5 tbsp peanut butter (no protein...hmm..)
D - burger with cheese, iceberg wedge with blue cheese and probably asparagus fries?
S - planning on more blueberry goat cheese

So I start classes again on Thursday and I kindof got off on the wrong foot with the professor. FML. I emailed him a question about something that was posted on Blackboard, and I have been unable to access Blackboard since Sunday (message on the site said "We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it"). He emails me back that Blackboard has been up and running for well over a week now and I need to contact tech support. What the hell. Kindof a jerky response IMO. I emailed back 'I was able to access it finally this morning. I assumed the problem was not an individual one considering the message I was receiving and was concerned Blackboard was down. Thanks." And I will probably struggle in the class anyway - Stats and Qualitative Analysis. I want to cry already!

This morning weight: STS @ 144.

Today: b - protein shake, pumpkin/cream cheese concoction, leftover asparagus
l - pepperonis, broccoli dipped in blue cheese dressing
d - UH OH. chicken fried steak. broccoli.
Dinner was a bust for the most part. I took a fat/carb blocker afterwards. We will see how it works. Tomorrow night I am also going to sleep in a stomach wrap. Kel said she had awesome results from it.

I am SOOOO ready to get back on something ANYTHING that even resembles a diet. I'm going to try your protein shakes and maybe try to stick to at LEAST one egg day... I'm headed back to Wyoming for my final week before me and the little guy move to TX and start school. SO ready for some normalcy... hopefully that will be less than a month away! Our offer on a house got accepted, so we're getting somewhere! I haven't told anybody ANYTHING yet because I'm not going to believe it until the contract ink dries and the loan underwriter signs the check... but I'm super excited!

Just realized that going home means I'm going to have to face the scale.... errrrrghhhh.

I did the over night wrap and I see no difference. I took pics but I look the same. I have one more I plan to do before Memphis. Then the next shipment of wraps I am going to use on my legs I think, which was my origianl plan all along.

Have been stabilizing at 145. Getting frustrated that I'm not losing anything. I need to rethink my approach and get serious. I am considering Paleo but not sure if I can do without dairy. ??? The problem is my incessant snacking and sneaking bad foods thinking I can get by with it. The question is that I used to be able to with no repurcussions - so what has changed? I think I need to do a few weeks of strict clean eating. Unfortunately I have events coming up that require me to eat away from home this weekend but starting Monday I gotta do something. I wish I could get with the program and do a week of fat fasting. Grrr.....

I'm up 3 pounds from yesterday AHHH!!!! I have been taking the itworks fat/carb blockers and i think they are the culprit. It's like it take a few days for them to work? i dunno.
Fat fasting tomorrow, no excuses! Please join me!
I guess I can't really complain about the wrap cuz though I'm up 3 pounds I don't feel bloated or distended. Who knows.
So I see you're back home now! I have something in the mail for you on Monday, will that have enough time to get to you before you leave for Tx again?

What the heck?! Do they cause water retention at first? I've never done any research on them, so I'm not sure what they do...

I did do more research on the CTS360... I'm pretty sure it's just a glorified (and SUUUPER expensive) run-of-the-mill diet pill. It's an upper to give you energy for a workout... thus the supposed fat loss. Just like every other pill on the market. Anyway, it was expensive so I'm going to keep taking it and hope that if I combine it with LC I will get somewhere.

Since I am still homeless, I decided it's going to be way too hard to organize a FF, but I AM GOING TO EAT CLEAN TODAY. So far I had a protein shake (made w/ FF half and half and SF Caramel Torani) and a handful of cashews.

I am back in Wyoming... STILL not sure how long. (Waiting to hear whether Thursday's hearing is postponed). AND school starts 1 week from today, we are going to DRIVE down whenever we find out we can leave, and I can't enroll my little guy until we are down there. And of course the office is closed on weekends. My stress level today is absolutely ridiculous... keep me away from chocolate!

So long story short, HOPEFULLY I will get the books in time, haha! : ) Would it be easier to just send more as docs? Or... in all honesty, I prob have enough to get me through the drive (Since now it looks like I will be the one driving)

Fat fasting FAIL today - I had leftover steak and broccoli from Tx Roadhouse so I'm eating that for lunch. Still lowcarb though.
I'm doing Bodyrock tv 30 day challenge starting today. It won't really be a 30 day challenge because I will probably not get 5 workouts in a week like you are supposed to, but going to try to stick with it as long as possible. So it actually isn't a 30 day challenge, lol I am just going to start working out to their videos. And no more weighing. It messes with my head waaayyy too much.
At least witht he 360 you were losing weight with it! That sucks though, I really hate that about diet pills and their shady marketing. I've been taking the ItWorks stuff and not really liking it - haven't lost a darn thing, and the fat fighters are blocking me up IYKWIM. Strange bloaty feelin in my stomach today like I gotta go...haha sorry too much info. Once this all passes maybe I'll hop on the scale just to see if it helped me any (and then be depressed all over again). Otherwise probably won't take them anymore. The thermofit is 'ok', it definitely gives me some energy but who knows....
AHHH that sucks about the hearing/school/etc etc! I'd be diving into the wine. lol. So here's hoping that the hearing isn't cancelled! Is this the same hearing from like a month ago?
