My loves....glad you all found me.

I didn't do well last night and was hungry! I can tell the hhcg was out of my system and I ended up eating somethings I shouldn't have. Sooo I'm up already 2lbs over LDW of 162.4...I'm at 164.4. Can we say how silly it is that I now have to scale back on what I eat today so I don't go over my 2lb window?

I still don't know what I want to do about when to start JUDDD so for today and tomorrow I'm just going to eat P3 and try to stabilize here a bit..I'm already goofing up.

Good Morning Shari, girl we all know how hard P2 gets toward the end. Don't sweat those 2 pounds, they will come off easily. You are so close to the 150's and you will definitely get there with JUDDD. Hang in there chick!

Thanks everyone! I was so tired and busy yesterday. I was suppose to go out with the girls last night but just didn't feel like it. I didn't wake up this morning until after 9...rested beautifully. Scale was up 0.2oz, so 164.6.

After thinking about what to do, I've decided to start JUDDD today but P3 style. I think after a week I'll add more, then go from there.. I don't want to shock my body after doing hhcg for 3 weeks. Since I really don't want to stabilize here what's the point of staying? Today will be an UD since I'm basically eating my beloved garlic parm wings!!! The scale will surely jump tomorrow but hopefully it'll go back down by Tuesday. My ratio will be 500-600/1650-1700

Go Giants!!! I had my fav wings and now look forward to today's DD. Scale is up 1.8lbs to 166.4...but I expected it from the sodium so no surprise. I will do my best to stay at or under 600cals today.

Will visit other journals when I get to work....

Good Morning, Shari.......today is a DD for me also......yesterday was suppose to be a down day but it did not go that well. The scales were up for me as well by 2 pounds. So we are in this together........I was puzzled about something, our calories are the same and you weigh way less than I do.... What is your menu for today?

You know how the rivalry is in the AFC with those darn Patriots I saw a really funny post on FB with the Patriots coach (Bill Billechek?) - saying something like "Winning......not easy when you don't have the other teams signals!!!" I was LMAO!!! Hey, Tom Brady can't be that depressed - he gets to go home to his supermodel wife Giselle!

Shari ~ Girl, eat the 1778 on your UD's!!! Stick to the 500 on your DDs but keep your UDs at the number he suggests!!! The magic of JUDDD is definitely on the DDs. The SIRT1 is activated on your DDs and then stays active on your UDs. Essentially we are turning our bodies into FAT BURNING MACHINES!!! We are kind of tricking our bodies, I'll try to explain the best I can. On your DDs, the SIRT1 gene activates because the brain sends the message that we aren't getting enough calories and for our stored fat to be released. The SIRT1 stays active through our UDs - so our bodies are still releasing the stored fat because it still thinks it's starving. Then once our body realizes we aren't starving - it's time for another DD, and the cycle starts all over! I hope I'm making sense! The DDs are the most important because you are activating the SIRT1. As long as you don't go bonkers on your UDs you will be fine.

Ok, yes that makes sense. I thought I needed to take some cals from the UD to make up for adding cals on DDs..but you don't have to tell me twice..LOL. I know I ate over my limit yesterday..those wings are in the 1000's alone...plus I had sausage links with cheddar cheese eggs for breakfast.

Ok, today is rough..I'm already at 488 cals and I still feel hungry. I know the hhcg worked because I was barely eating and didn't feel hunger, except once...ugh.

I know it gets easier, I wish I was already in week 2 but I know I'm going over 500 today, I'm going to try to not go over 600.

OMG!!!! I know how you feel, it is horible to be hungry, I absolutely can not do hungryyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!! I know you know what to do to get thru this because you talked me thru, I guess because this is your first day back you almost have to go over just to get thru the hunger. to you, eat and don't be miserable. Don't forget about the broth, I did try it and it does work. It's only 15 calories.

Seriously, if you are hungry, eat something! Grab baby carrots, celery, oatmeal, anything low calorie. I thought I would be starving today because I had some beers yesterday, but I'm doing okay (for now!) You have to give your body time to build up the SIRT1 and then I swear it gets easier

I remember..just got to make it through the first few DDs. I had some mixed nuts so it wasn't the lowest cal but I needed something to tie me over until I get home. I don't have anything else here. I need to be better prepared by Wednesday. I guess I forgot, thinking I did good on the protocol..but this time it's without the hhcg! I can't do hunger...I'm on my second cup of cocoa...

Ok, yesterday was a bust..as far as keeping it low cals and P3. I was hungry so when I picked up the boys from their grands, I was easily convinced to have seafood pasta salad...one of my fav dishes. It was good but I paid for it by not having a loss. I only gained 0.4oz, now 166.8, but I'm not happy about the scale moving up instead of down. I refuse to throw this last round away so no more off plan eating. I want to see the 150's...I'm determined and focused to see it again!

Today is an UD, I plan to have eggs/sausage and mushroom turkey burgers. May have grapefruit for snack...
