I know, right? I was sooo glad to be able to go home Tuesday and go to bed at a decent time. I've been waking up during the night, so sleep is kinda 'off'. Hope you have a great day today.

Still doing good with eating. I went out yesterday with a co-worker to lunch and had their buffalo wings and crab stuffed mushrooms...it was very, very good. The chicken was fried though, but the coating was light so I still ate it. I'm testing in 'trace' of ketones so it didn't kick me out of ketosis. No scale for now...I still think we wouldn't be friends at this point.

That is wonderful Shari! I have also stuck to low carb for 2 days now.. I know it is a start, so that is what is important for me today.

Your meal sounds FANTASTIC!!!!! I love crab stuffed mushrooms and I think I am going to make some..

Back to work today after 2 snow days.. so my week will be over before I know it!.. You have a wonderful day!!! ON PLAN!!!

Hey, Shari ! Those mushrooms sound yummy ! I have to be careful with seafood. Sometimes I will break out from shrimp and I never know when.

TOM is here so no wonder I was kinda crazy (eating-wise) over the weekend. I have to do better keeping track of my 'visitor's' schedule so I'll know why I have those cravings and can mentally prepare to do better. Not crying over spilled milk, dusting off and moving on. On the better side of news, I'm down 1.6 so thankfully the bloat is going down. I was like when I saw the number on the scale yesterday.

That is great Shari!!! I was also in shock when I weighed after staying away from the scale for a long time. As much as I hate the scale, I know I kinda need to keep it in check. Congrats on the loss!!!

Hey Shari! I was just thinking the same thing this morning -- I need to start tracking my "visitor" as well. They have some free apps for your phone that can be helpful.

Hi, Shari ! Congrats on your loss ! I use an app called P tracker. I'm pretty sure there are better ones. I used to get emails 3 days before TOM but I'm not sure why that stopped.

Thanks Deb! TOM is kicking my @ss and taking numbers, but I'm staying in the ring LOL. So far, scale is continuing to go down which I'm thankful for. Yes, I'm going to keep weighing for now because unfortunately when I stop weighing, I gain w/o realizing it. Some are able to not weigh, but I need to see the number to keep on track.

Thanks Jayce! It seems as I've gotten older, my cycle is shorter so TOM comes sooner each month..I will start tracking from this month. I'm going to use what shebasmudder recommended below, P tracker...downloading now. Hope you have a great day!

We're expecting to get around 6-9 inches of snow tonight so I'm preparing and liking that I'll have a day off work tomorrow. The grocery store's parking lot was crazy last night so I'm going to the store today around lunch to pick up a few things to make sure I still eat on plan...primarily sticking to fruit (adding back to diet), protein and veggies with plenty of tea.

That is great you are getting prepared Shari! This is what I went through last week, and I sure enjoyed the time off! It gave me lots of time to read and research and get my mind in the right place.. BE SAFE.. and stay in!

Hi, Shari ! We only got an inch or so but they shut Atlanta down for 3 days ! I went to the grocery store on Tuesday and all the meat was gone ! Hope you did better than me !
