Keeping today an UD as G and I are planning to go out on Sunday to Carrabba's, that definitely needs to be an UD(looking at the weather may have to reevaluate...it may snow, have freezing rain or a mix).

I have a very busy day planned so may not get a chance to come back today...happy Friday!!

Staying the same is good with all the yummy food that you have been enjoying. My son works at Carraba's it's a nice place, is this your first time going? I went for my birthday in January and the food was excellent.

Wow Shari! Just more proof of how forgiving JUDDD actually is! I 100% believe the magic is in the DDs - maybe it heals our screwed up bodies??? I love the feeling of fasting on my DDs too - it's calming knowing that I don't have to worry about eating? Very Odd!

Good morning ladies, yesterday was crazy, busy...I didn't eat after having a turkey bacon and egg sandwich for breakfast so I was hungry by dinner time. Had Chinese food and only gained 0.4ozs , 165 even this morning--wrote yesterday's weight a bit higher--can you believe the power of JUDDD?!! TOM is coming so I'm upping my cals today to go no higher than 700..I'm not going to try to fight the craving for more to eat if it comes.

Gotta take the boys to their bball games. If my oldest son wins his first game at 9:30, he plays again at 11:30..my youngest son's game is 2 so I should be quite busy..perfect for a DD...LOL.

Yesterday was a bust! I just couldn't do a DD, I was hungry, craving sweets..ugh. So I ate Valentine candy, had chicken, steak, crackers w/ LC cheese and fruit. I need to have a good DD, I doubt we'll go to Carrabba's today but am planning to still try to see Safe House. I'm going to try again today...too many UDs in a row can't be good

Good morning ladies!

I braved the scale...my body wasn't so forgiving for all the extras I've had over the weekend, up 3.8lbs. Not too surprising. Yesterday G and I saw Safe House..very good. Then went to Olive Gardens since that was in the same area as the movie theater. Needless to say, I stuffed myself with their buttery, garlic bread and seafood trio. YUM! Today will most certainly be a DD or I'll see myself into the 170's again. I need to decide what I'm going to eat and plug into ***.

At least we are both on DDs together! I didn't even weigh this morning because I knew it wouldn't be a good sight!!! Oh well, today will be a great DD and I will exercise

I also weighed this morning and I am up 3 pounds as well. Geez.....I just love food tooo much..........

Good morning ladies, TOM is just not giving up this month....between mood swings, bloat, cravings..ugh. Yesterday I couldn't do a perfect DD to save my life...plus I think being in the house all day didn't help. I did make healthier choices by eating strawberries and red grapes for snacks...instead of cookies again. Well I came in at 738 cals..down 0.4oz today.

So glad today is an official UD

Another busy day planned...hope to stop by here again around noon. Have a great Tuesday.

That's an understatement...I was crying to G yesterday (and I'm not an easy crier in front of others)...just feeling so overwhelmed right now. It's nothing different than usual but now it feels sooo stressful. These hormones are for the birds...

Ugh Tom is on his way to my house too! I dread it because I am the same way. I just want to lay in bed and cry!!! These hormones suck.

This is so weird, we're all feeling the same way. Do what you need to do to get past these moments. Two clients cancelled today and I'm secretly glad, just not in the mood to even fake it today. Plus tomorrow is my 6 mth checkup to test for thyroid cancer on these nodules. I'm going to get it together...we're going to get through it.

Stress can be a mutha!! Take it easy today. Try to take your mind off thing as much as you can. I know that's easier said than done but try anyway.
