Oh trust, it will not be pretty and I'm sure we'll be laughing at ourselves. I've never been to one but always wanted to try it.

Down 2lbs, 171.2, so the m/e fast is working and I'm back into deep ketosis. My goal for February is to stay in the 160's..my goodness, why is that so hard to do?

Getting ready to go to my youngest son's bball game at 9...still waking up so hope the coffee kicks in soon. Happy Saturday!!

LOL, yes I survived..my goodness, what a nail biter!!! I told G after that light outage and SF came back that I couldn't take it, turn it off or to another channel. But we did it!!! Still ecstatic but so so tired.

Started c25k yesterday. I'm so outta shape but looking forward to when I can run 20 minutes straight again.

GM LCF family! The scale is not being kind to me..I'm up although I've been eating on plan. It's gotta be the exercise so I'll just keep checking every couple days or so and know it'll go down eventually. Also I bought a new scale and it seems to always be "the new scale initiation"...always weigh more than previous scale.

Deb~LOL..yeah I better be in shape after this because I feel so out of shape now. Towards the end, I can barely complete a minute run.

Cee~YES hun, they did it!!! They are having a parade for them today. Can't make it but hopefully I can catch some it via live stream on computer.

Happy Tuesday to you too! I gained 5 pounds now since I started exercising, but my inches have gone down alot!!! So don't sweat it....

I have come to the conclusion that exercise is more important than what the scale says IF YOU ARE EATING ON PLAN!!! So keep on doing what you are doing, and I know without a doubt that the scale will go down, but especially the inches, and your health will benefit!! ]

Look at those Biggest Loser folks! Last night one of the guys who worked his rear off all week, only lost 1 pound! So yeah, it happens.

Good morning! Scale down 2+lbs not complaining...hope it sticks! We're going out to eat for annual team luncheon at a lebanese restaurant so I'm going to check the menu out beforehand so I'll be well prepared. Then after that at team meeting, we're celebrating February bdays with cake. I've been able to say no, although I feel very awkward because they pass the slices out individually around the table. I was thinking of taking it and saying I'll eat it later in my office then throw it away but it's wasting food unnecessarily. I'll figure something out though because I don't want to get out of deep ketosis again. Dare I say exercise is getting a bit easier LOL...I'm enjoying the relaxed feeling that comes when finished again.

Hi Shari! I would've skipped it too because of the CAKE ... I cannot control myself around sweets anymore. I think it's because I quit smoking and it seems to ease my cravings.

LOL wouldn't you know they changed from celebrating Feb birthdays yesterday to next week?! So cake will now be next week but I'll work that out. The loss from yesterday stuck plus took a few more ounces today so finally the scale is moving again.
