Good morning and thanks ladies. The scale is moving down..little by little but I'm happy with anything LOL. Yesterday was my youngest son's birthday!! He's only been talking and counting down since the first of this month LOL. I sent cupcakes for his classmates to celebrate, he baked a cake with Dad and had one of his favorite meals, tacos! Plan to go to Lasertag on Friday after school with his closest friends, then Halloween party on Saturday. Now my oldest son is talking about his birthday plans..but that's in December. The ball usually rolls fast after my youngest son's bday as Thanksgiving comes next, my oldest bday, then Christmas. I love preparing for Christmas and seeing the holiday decor so I'm glad it's coming/almost here!

I'm hoping to drop 10lbs soon to get back to comfortable weight, maintain over holidays then prepare to do a round soon after that. But I'll see how I feel then.

Shari, I hope you are having a good weekend. I pray the storm passes by us...if it doesn't... at least let the lights go out at work, not my home .

Oh no! I hope she was able to stock up before the stores ran out of items. I was out early Saturday getting water, non-perishables,etc. I also filled my car with gas as during the last storm the gas stations ran out of gas and the ones that did have gas had a long line/wait time. Crazy!!!

Wow Shari! I am glad you got that stuff done. She has no car, but I told her to get to the store ( right across the street) and get some essentials.. I hope she did that. IF there was much left to get??

She does have flashlights/candles/water/dry foods etc. However, she is alone now, her roommate went home to Conn. for the weekend, but can't get back now. She does have many neighbors, but still. YIKES. She has everything charged up, so she can keep in touch by phone/computer for awhile.

Hope this is not near as bad as they are saying, but stay safe!!!

LOL, remember the good ole losing days when you'd serenade us into a new decade? I just remembered seeing the rocking guys!! Yes, we're all safe and sound..back at work today and since I was off Friday too I came back to an overload of work due to being off unexpectedly Monday and Tuesday. As I mentioned in Deb's journal I'm really trying to stay away from Halloween candy! I bought candy for the kids that would not be a true trigger for me but even now they're looking good!!

I did not get into Halloween candy...I was tempted but had a long talk with myself to resist..LOL. I'm glad, it allowed me to have a 0.2 loss I guess that's good as it would've been a gain. My netrition order is due to be delivered today!! I hope it works....
My weight has been hovering around the same number for days...due for a whoosh soon

Good for you on not getting into the candy!!! I was not as good as you! I had some swedish fish, pretzels, and a smiley cookie Oh well, it was an UD!!!!

What's on your netrition order? Anything yummy? I bought some of the Walden's Farms stuff and it's all pretty nasty. The peanut butter is disgusting The barbecue sauce isn't very good either - maybe I'll try adding some splenda to it??? I was very disappointed.

Walden Farm..yuck!! I tried 2-3 different types of dressings and only found one that I could just tolerate..but that was when I first did protocol so don't remember which one. I haven't tried any thing else. I ordered something Meek, Deb and others on the JUDDD forum have been talking about, Pterostilbene and resveratrol diet, which many have had success with controlling hunger and appetite control. I will see how it work for me..not everyone has had the same result.

Thanks Meek!

I've read about that - it mimics fasting, right? I wouldn't think I would need it now after a full month of JUDDD. My body would be producing it on it's own I definitely feel almost "peaceful" on my DDs and even on my UDs! I'm hoping the SIRT1 is freely flowing through my body I'm feeling hungry today - me thinks TOM may have something to do with that though!

Yup, mimics fasting. I struggled with DDs after breaking my first cycle of starting JUDDD. After that it seemed I was too hungry to keep a good DD and kept having UDs. I think you've done wonderfully with maintaining reasonable DDs therefore you are able to build up that good 'ole SIRT1 level naturally.

I think WW would be more successful for me with this as I will find it easier to not go over on daily points...I may even give JUDDD a try again. I have one more month left for WW online though. Not sure if I'll renew again but I have options, they all work!

Awesome! It sounds like it would work well with WW Sometimes DDs are hard for sure!!! Today is one of those days for me TOM is so stupid! I'm going to remember though that my DD calories range from 388-875 for weight loss and stay within those parameters. If these hormones are causing hunger, I'll just up my DD calories today and move on!

My goodness, I feel for you! I hate TOM and what it does..especially when you're on track and doing so well. Yes, if you need to increase cals do so..you still have good losses!! It's like JUDDD was designed for you.
