Good morning ladies, I've been very busy at work taking required online trainings..ugh, enough is enough!
Today is weigh in and I lost 2lbs this week...right on track!! As I stated in Gracie's journal, I aim to lose around 8lbs a month which would equal to 24lbs lost by the end of the year. I know with holidays coming up as well as both of my son's birthdays it may be challenging but that's why I love the option of having weekly points. If I can just commit to adding activity points...but one thing at a time, I know it'll come. ![]() |

The Wendy's oatmeal was YUMMY. I got Erin the caramel apple oatmeal and she ate the whole thing I'll have to try that next time. |

Thanks Gracie and Meek
![]() Ugh, I'm PMSing...but it's not due for at least another week..having cramps and craving sweets. The boys are having some friends over tomorrow so I need to get more food...who knew boys could eat so much...LOL. Nothing to report weight wise cause I've given up weighing daily....less stress. I'm feeling so blah right now...I know it's PMS so I'm just going with the flow. I've been doing the Simply Filling plan of WW for now as I don't even want to count points. But I see the chart has a lot of food that I already eat so I'm still satisfied.
I'm also just plain ole tired as my weekend was full of boys...dropping them off, picking them up, going out, etc. and yesterday although I was off I was doing household chores. I wish I had two of me at times....LOL. Hopefully I will go to bed early tonight and wake up more refreshed tomorrow. |

![]() I'm still exhausted from the weekend. What is the list of Simply Filling foods? I'm curious - when I did WW a long time ago they called it the "Core Plan". You could either use the Points System or Core. It was like fruits, veggies, lean meats, popcorn, sugar-free pudding, etc. I'm wondering if it's the same. |

Good morning Cle!
I let my cravings take over last night...forced myself to face reality (scale) and with PMS it's not pretty. Sometimes I feel I need to have my head examined...it just doesn't make sense to put myself through this. I could definitely be at goal by now but... I'm tired of typing this over and over so I'll just stop now. Glad it's hump day and a short work week!! |

Good morning Shari! I've learned to not weigh before/during TOM without knowing it's gonna be an inflated number - NO WORRIES!!!!
So, that list that you posted - can you just eat what you want of those items and not count points? |

I jumped on the scale as a method to gain control, if that makes sense...it shocks me into reality so I don't keep falling prey to cravings. I see that horrible number and it's so when I even think of going off track I will remember that visual. |

Hi ladies, yesterday was busy, busy, busy. I'm glad today is Friday!! I'm going out after work for happy hour with some friends and can't wait to unwind and hear nice, live jazz...I love jazz music! But gotta work my butt off prior to that...looks like another busy day. Need to get back on strict WW plan tomorrow, after drinks tonight.
