Shari, do not feel bad for going over points. I hope you are using some weeklies, or activity points.. you are at the bottom of the point range, so 26 is not very much food! The weeklies are there to make the plan work!!

You're right, yes I'm pulling from my weeklies. I have about 18pts left of weekly and 2 for activity. I've been pulling and pulling...LOL.

Hey Jayce, thanks!

Down 2.2lbs this week!! I'm glad as this was the first week of just counting points, not carbs. Taking into consideration of this change, I'm happy!! Now added goal is to eat closer to daily points, it was set for the best loss. I have a goal number in mind by the new year...it's very doable this way..with slower losses!!

Hi ladies! I was busy at work yesterday so didn't have a chance to post. I did well yesterday until the evening. I had 6pts left for dinner so I had my fav, SPF. I ordered pizza for the boys since their cousin is here staying for the weekend..it smelled and looked so good so had toppings off of one and a slice or two of pecan pie. I had all my weeklies left so I pulled from that. Today we're going to a family fun day at the boy's school where they will grill and have games for the kids. I'm adding that into my daily points and will eat fruit for the rest of the day. I love eating what I want but I'm also learning how to do this w/o going overboard. It's a total shift from the strictness of low carb and the 'diet' menatality.
It's going to be a beautiful day here, low '70's...love, love, love the fall weather. Hope everyone that comes here have a great weekend!!

I had a wonderful weekend with the boys and my nephew. I didn't do the best eating wise but I'm over it and moving on. Today is a new month, new day..new start of the week! I had butter grits for breakfast, lunch will be turkey burgers with swiss cheese and mushroom and SPF. Not sure about dinner yet..but I have about 9pts left...so good choices!
