Hello ladies, I've been taking a step back and trying to focus on other areas of my life vs. the obsessive way I can get around just weight loss. I'm eating lower to moderate carbs and will let my body do what it will do eating this way, for now. I'm only weighing once a week so I don't have to go through the mental woes of the ups and downs of the scale daily...I'm moving into more a peaceful place in my mind as I acknowledge that I put too much pressure on myself while everyone else loves me the way I am.

Pati~college?! I just can't now..lol.

Good morning ladies, happy Tuesday=short work week!! LOL, I am in a good space right now. I just want more peace than stress as it takes enough just to keep my duckies in a row in other areas in my life. I will never give up on meeting my weight loss goal but I'm realising that at times I put too much pressure and obsessiveness into it which is just not healthy. I love coming here and knowing that we always support each other, no matter what..thanks!

I know, right? I try to look at the positive of this journey and that is we're not settling..no matter how long we've fought the battle..we still keep pressing on.

Good morning..or afternoon now..LOL. I'm doing very well. I'm loving my new plan and enjoying my favs like sweet potato fries again...just finished my last one before this post. I'm keeping carbs in the 20-60 range as lower carbs wasn't working too well. I think my body just doesn't respond to very low carb(under 20) like it did in the past. I'd notice that one week I'd lose then anothr time I weighed I would gain..so really maintaining between 168-175..a very big gap but that's just how much it fluctuated.

But I think I figured out one problem, I was overeating wayyyy too much. In the past when eating lower carbs I didn't count cals..just ate according to carb levels. Now I'm tracking it better and I'm simply stunned how many more cals I've been eating. So I will see how this goes..tracking food better and eating a bit higher carbs. After I get this down, I will begin to concentrate on exercising...a long lost friend.

Hi ladies! Sharilicious.... too cute! I'm doing good! Eating one of my favs, El Pollo so typing with one finger. The boys are going with a cousin for the weekend to a youth conference event so it's an unexpected solo weekend. I guess I'll go hang out with G So glad it's Friday too!!
